Taking statins to lower cholesterol brings a new set of issues with CoQ10 reduction. Muscle aches are one of the side effects, so I bought a small bottle of these rapid-release soft gels to try. After 60 days, I felt some improvement and decided to continue using. I was happy to see a larger quantity was available that was more cost-effective. These pills are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste that I've noticed. Definitely would recommend trying.

I always recommend CoQ10 to everyone. A co-worker told me about it in 2010 to help boost my immune system from respiratory infections. When I first took it as I was getting sick it kept me from have an upper respiratory infection. I have bought Spring Valley one for years now. They're prices are reasonable and since COVID EVERY other pharmacy and brands have OVERPRICED CoQ10 into the $20s or more. They were NEVER that high. Just consumer rip-off. Spring Valley has remained consistent in prices and product. I've never been disappointed.

CoQ10 is a supplement that, even though our bodies make it, after age 30, it declines. I noticed the difference within a few days. No after-taste. No side-effects. Very helpful if taking a STATIN or have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. The price for this product with this company thru WalMart was too good to pass up. It's CoQ10 Heart Health! That is the purpose of these supplements. If you are knowledgeable about heart, immune system, etc., health. Then you understand the purpose and benefits of CoQ10. This should be a part of your daily regime in MY opinion, particularly as you get older in life.

Very Anemic and my Iron supplements is t enough . My dr recommended, I take these and I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night . It’s been 2 weeks and I can agree , it helps giving me good energy to keep moving and doing , even though most time I just want to lay down lol

I purchased these vitamins, I have a pacemaker so I need all the help I can get for Heart CONDITIONS! I purchased the 100 mg soft gels, rapid release, but I just started taking them, very easy to swallow not large at all! I’m looking forward to the health benefits down the road!

My doctor suggested I start taking this increase my energy levels. It has helped so much. I'm almost back to normal energy levels before my surgery 1.5 years ago. But definitely check with your doctor before using.

This is the second time I purchased thse vitamins. You cannot beat the price for sure. I don't understand why CoQ10 pills are so expensive but these are worth the price.

The bottle of this that I ordered was completely rancid and they make it way too hard to get your money back or exchange it.
