Well, those of you who need a good supplement this is something I have to take Dr. prescribe but I opt for these. I love find them good deals at Walmart. I like either the pill form or the dissolvable. I like that I have that option cannot beat them, especially if they're for a child or a younger person. The brand is good price is good and you can't beat that when it comes to medication.

i take those with the other 2 vitamins, and those taste so good. i think they get the job done, not sure if i need to start taking regular amount 1000, instead of those 5000..but the taste is good to me.

So I was taking Vitafusion B12 and did bothing for me. My new doctor recommended I take B12 and iron supplements after running a blood test discovering Im anemic. I have struggled with lack of energy and general sleepiness for years. So I am happy I came across these because I knew I needed higher amounts of mcg. These have me uo and moving. They taste amazing. Therr is a strawberry flavor. I want to eat them all, but I know they are not candy so I refrain. These are certainly better than thr gummies and are not hard to get out the bottle.

Don't have time for that sublingual nonsense. These taste great. So keep them out of reach of those young candy monsters.

This is a good product for the price. B12 can give me energy when nothing else works. The best way to take B12 is sublingual and these tablets taste good and dissolve quickly under the tongue. I like Spring Valley products.

Didn't the vitamin B12. Everything else was there if I was charged for the B12 please refund it. My shopper was excellent. Everything else was fine.
