These pills have a coating on the outside that makes them very easy to swallow. I love that they have the keratin included in the biotin. My nails have definitely seen a huge improvement! And my hair has grown quickly. Definitely recommend this product!

After researching hair vitamins , I found the main ingredient was biotin or keratin. So rather than spend 30-40 dollars on a month supple of Weem I started taking biotin with keratin. I’m on my 3rd month and I have so much new growth for $4.88 for a 2 month supply.

I wanted a Biotin supplement, and I chose Springs. I am very familiar with this brand to pair with my other supplements. It is very easy to swallow, and digestion is on an easy tip as well. I needed it for my hair, nails, and strength for my hair.

It's done wonders for my thin hair. I don't notice improvement in my nails, but I certainly can vouch for it working great for hair growth and overall improved health of my hair. I highly recommend!

Nails started to grow fast

I was noticing that my hair was thinning along my part on the crown of my head. I do have an underlying health issue which can cause hair loss. I was told one of the things I could try was Biotin in a higher dosage. So I purchased this product and gave it a chance for the 60 day course that came in the bottle. I’m happy to say that my hair is growing back. I’ve noticed my hair is thicker and I’m even getting hair growth in the back of my head near the base of my head. My hair is much shinier and I’m not collecting nearly as much hair in the trap of my shower. I’ve also noticed that my nails are thicker and healthier so that’s a big plus since I’ve always had thin nails that broke easily. I’m going to continue to use this product and I recommend it if you have thinning hair.

I received this as a substitute i normally get the gel caps because they are smaller in size with these i have to take it separately from my other medication due to its larger size swallowing is harder for me personally. I definitely won't allow for a substitution next time. I included a picture with a dime next to it for size comparison. Hope this helps someone else.

I ordered two bottles of these tablets. On both bottles the expiration dates were torn off. The rest of the labels on both bottles were intact. Was I sold expired vitamins? Removing expiration dates is neither safe nor ethical.

I really can't see how they can call this a supplement when its loaded with, in my opinion, toxic ingredients not meant for human consumsion. I developed a rash after taking this. Avoid it if you can.
