I was noticing that my hair was thinning along my part on the crown of my head. I do have an underlying health issue which can cause hair loss. I was told one of the things I could try was Biotin in a higher dosage. So I purchased this product and gave it a chance for the 60 day course that came in the bottle. I’m happy to say that my hair is growing back. I’ve noticed my hair is thicker and I’m even getting hair growth in the back of my head near the base of my head. My hair is much shinier and I’m not collecting nearly as much hair in the trap of my shower. I’ve also noticed that my nails are thicker and healthier so that’s a big plus since I’ve always had thin nails that broke easily. I’m going to continue to use this product and I recommend it if you have thinning hair.

It's easy to take, and I do seem to be shedding less. I hope that with continued use, my hair will improve, and my over shedding will stop. Menopause is a beast, y'all.

These pills have a coating on the outside that makes them very easy to swallow. I love that they have the keratin included in the biotin. My nails have definitely seen a huge improvement! And my hair has grown quickly. Definitely recommend this product!

I used to purchase Hair Skin %26 Nails vitamin until it got so expensive. I looked on the label and found the ingredients so now I take them individually. It's a whole lot cheaper plus you get more for your money in the amount in each capsule. My hair and nails are both a lot healthier since I have been doing it this way. You should try it!

This stuff really works! My nails are much stronger. Bought biotin on doctor's recommendation for painful, brittle nails. It does take at least 6 months to grow out your old, problem nails, but I saw the line of the better nails growing in at about 2 months and it was magical!!

I take these because I have been losing my hair and my nails have gotten softer, tearing easily. I don't know if it will work on your hair and nails, but it has mine.

I wanted a Biotin supplement, and I chose Springs. I am very familiar with this brand to pair with my other supplements. It is very easy to swallow, and digestion is on an easy tip as well. I needed it for my hair, nails, and strength for my hair.

Because of the extra small substitution pics shown, I picked the wrong bottle. The Keratin in these react badly with a prescription Cholesterol medication I take. I am not mobile enough to physically come get a replacement from the store. The substitution descriptions should be larger so this doesn't happen again.
