These are the best hair/skin/nail vitamins I've used. I've always had weak nails that split, and the medication I have to take makes them break even more easily. After starting to use this brand, combined with folate pills, my nails are stronger than they've ever been and growing long!

This is one Vitamin for the Hair/Skin N Nails that I will never be without. My hair was thinning and my nails were breaking off. I started this 3 years ago, and my hair has gotten thicker and my nails are long and Beautiful. Everyone tells me that I look 20 years younger then my age.

I have always had soft nails that always break. Since taking this product for over a couple years not, my nails are much stronger. I also am 70 and my hair is not completely gray, soft and even though fine, quite thick. I truly believe Hair, Skin Nails has helped. I only take one vitamin a day, though it does recommend I think twice a day.

Had issues with my hair and nothing worked. This was my last resort. Our hair is our crowning glory , but when you start losing it, you're terrified. After not quite a month, my small bald patches started growing back!! I couldn't believe it. I continue to use them, and have recommended them to many people. I also wrote the company. I am so grateful.

I have had 2 major brain surgeries and I went to a dermatologist to see if they could give me something to grow my hair back where the surgeon cut into my head. She told me no because it was damaged with my surgery. I took it upon myself to purchase these vitamins because they helped me before and I'm seeing less shedding of my hair and I haven't seen my hair growing back, but I'm going to keep using these vitamins until I get the results that I want. I would recommend these to everyone.

Love this product! Have seen good results beginning with my fingernails and now after a few months my hair has stopped massive loss and new hairs emerging. Personally I'm not fond of gummies though many love them, however this fuscia capsule works better for me. I usually order and have it delivered to my address or else arrange for pick up at the store. Only thing I'd sometimes rather would be if the stores carried the caps and not only the gummies. Otherwise I am very happy with this product, have benefited from it's use and am able to get it easily. thanks

These are great if you have acne, are looking to get stronger nails and better hair quality. It takes about a month for it to help with all of that, especially the acne. Only thing I don't like is the red dye. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. I have purchased countless bottles over the years. My nails are soft without them. I was on prescription acne meds before I found these and I had tried several skin, hair and nail vitamins before. These are better. I don't like that you have to take 3 a day though.

Nature's Bounty products are wonderful! Their Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins do as they are supposed to. My nails have gotten stronger and have less breaking. The Optimal Solutions are easy to take and I don't choke on them. I find that my stomach likes them too! No gas, acid stomach or any other issues with digestion. I will continue to buy them.

I think this multivitamin does help with hair growth and nail strength. It's hard to tell. Initially, I only took 1 pill, not realizing I was supposed to take 3. When I started taking 3, I had problems with dryness and itchiness. The skin around my lips would stay inflamed, dry and itchy. My eyelids also got dry and scaly. On top of that, my arms and legs became itchier too. I googled these symptoms, and it turns out an excess of Vitamin A can cause these them. Maybe I'm just a bit sensitive, and you won't have these issues, but my skin got so much better when I stopped taking these. Worth a try but be mindful!

At First "Bottle" They Appeared to be Working, Took 2nd Bottle, Still Unsure, 3rd Bottle? Not a Single Thing Is Positive. Nails Are Like they were b4 1st Bottle. Weak, Brittle, Cracking, Hair, Same, Did Not Thicken It At All. I'm Positive Taking 3 Bottles, As Directed, Should've At the Least Should've Helped With My Nails, They Did Nothing.
