Spring Valley Vitamin E 180 mg Softgels for Heart Health, 500 Count

I like this brand it's great value for your money. First time I've ever tried taking vitamin E pills. We'll see in 30 days if they've done what they're supposed to do. I like Spring Valley and I'll continue using them.

Spring Valley is Excellent affordable healthy brand. if you have issues with skin, weak bones and joints, heart issues and low energy, this pill is wonderful and help you to get rid of health flaws. I always but all of my vitamins and minerals from this brand. I do recommend this brand and its product to everybody.

Vitamin Supplement Twin Pack For the money, and for the quality, i have explored widely, and i have settled on Spring Valley. I have found these in LARGER twin packs (with bigger bottles, containing more gel caps) and when i find those, i will buy them. But i am certainly sticking with Spring Valley for these.

This allows the blood to carry more oxygen. I have asthma and allergies, so being able to breathe better is a definite plus for me. Also, I had a cut that would not heal on my ankle once. It had been days and still was not getting better and was red. In desperation, I took vitamin e oil and dabbed a drop on it to keep the air away from the cut-- since it burned and was irritated. Over night, it was healing. I cannot claim this would always happen when used, but it did in this one instance. (I was short of breath when I was pregnant for one of my children, I had read about Vitamin E helping blood to carry more oxygen, after asking my Dr. if it would be ok to take... I started taking one a day and it really helped me. Every time this becomes an issue now, I remember and take this supplement for awhile.

I have used vitamin E all of my life. In the past 2 years I take A, C, E and D to supplement my nutritional intake. The positive results of doing this are healthier skin and thick hair that grows very quickly. The overall condition of my skin and its ability to retain moisture has been positively impacted in that I do not have the occurrence of dry, irritated skin especially during season changes and or temperature fluctuations.

Like I said, Great price and product and fast ship! I always check Amazon and Walmart on pricing and even with Prime ship this was a better deal, all I to hit was 35.00 for the free ship, otherwise I would shop at Walmart all the time. Walmart should offer some type of Prime membership

I am taking these for my immune system. I saw reviews saying they couldn't swallow them and they are bigger than a fish oil pill. I almost didn't order them because of those reviews. well as you can see from the pic I attached, its 1/2 the size of the fish oil pill!

This vitamin works well with multivitamins and vitamin c and calcium and d3 to also boost your immune system and it's good for your hair and skin too. I would recommend this product to anyone else who needs or wants to use it( adults, teens and seniors too.

I have taken vitamin E for 15 or 20 years. I opened this bottle and immediately noticed a foul odor. They smell terrible. None were stuck together and they looked good in the bottle, they were not past the expiration date, but they stunk. I called the helpline on the side of the bottle they had no idea what to do. I told them since I opened at Walmart would not take it back. She said I should go back to the store and talk to the manager for an exchange. Well, it ain't worth all the hassle. Do not buy these they smell bad.
