I am very pleased with my product. I have a plethora of uses for this vitamin Inside and Out!! I puncture the capsule and generously apply it to my face and any bruises I may encounter…. I let them dissolve in my bath water along with my lavender epsom salts!!! It creates a wonderful sensorineural experience!!!

The milk was due to expire 10/13/25. I opened it the morning of 10/10/25 and it smelled terrible and had lumps in it. I had all I could do not to hurl when I sent it down the garbage disposal! Yes, it was that bad. It was fine until the am of 10/10/25!!

This vitamin works well with multivitamins and vitamin c and calcium and d3 to also boost your immune system and it's good for your hair and skin too. I would recommend this product to anyone else who needs or wants to use it( adults, teens and seniors too.

Spring Valley is Excellent affordable healthy brand. if you have issues with skin, weak bones and joints, heart issues and low energy, this pill is wonderful and help you to get rid of health flaws. I always but all of my vitamins and minerals from this brand. I do recommend this brand and its product to everybody.

vitamin e is a staple my mom always kept around. you can take it as a supplement or poke it with a tac and use it as a healing emmolient, but only for serious dry skin bc it is STICKY lol.

I purchased this vitamin E for hot flashes only to find out later that it is Too high of a dose for daily use. Recommend dose for daily use is 15mg daily. This vitamin is fat soluble meaning that it will be stored in your liver as well as other parts of your body. If you take too high dose every day I have no idea why this company has labeled this product for daily use at this high dose. You are better off getting it in a multivitamin and much lower dose

I have taken vitamin E for 15 or 20 years. I opened this bottle and immediately noticed a foul odor. They smell terrible. None were stuck together and they looked good in the bottle, they were not past the expiration date, but they stunk. I called the helpline on the side of the bottle they had no idea what to do. I told them since I opened at Walmart would not take it back. She said I should go back to the store and talk to the manager for an exchange. Well, it ain't worth all the hassle. Do not buy these they smell bad.

Did not receive. My receipt claims that I received 2 items and only received one. The 3rd item claims I can have it delivered for free yet when I follow through I'm getting a message saying that cannot be delivered to my address. Why?
