Spring Valley Folate supplement was very easy pill to swallow. This supplement can be obtained at Walmarts Store and will save you money as it comes in 400 count bottle. No after taste after swallowing either.

How about all of my vitamins at Walmart and this is a trusted brand generally Walmart has the best prices unless Walgreens has a sale sometimes they can beat Walmart's price, but I'm pleased with the purchase

I started taking this after some blood work , doctor recommended. So after looking around , I purchased from walmart . Its a small pill. I take with food . Its working well . My level is near perfect . I do recommend , it works .

I feel much better now. Doc took blood and told me my tiredness was a lack of folic acid. I have more energy after just a few days.

Meets all my daily vitamin needs. My blood work is showing I'm no longer deficient in vitamin areas thanks to this vitamin.

These are easy to swallow, taste nice and work well for me. The large count size goes a long way and the price can't be beat.

FOLATE aka Folic supplement has been forefront in my quest for health. I can say that my room to room forgetfulness is far less when I've got the right potion in my system. Because it's a medication I can not recommend it, but I can ENCOURAGE you to research it and talk with your doctor. I'm 75 years happy.

The active ingredient is synthetic folic acid, at 800 mcg. • The 1,333 mcg DFE (Dietary Folate Equivalents) is just a conversion to reflect how much dietary folate it acts like in the body, because folic acid is absorbed better than food-based folate. So even though the front says “Folate,” what's inside is folic acid, not natural folate.

They send a photo indicating they dropped it off, but they never actually did. They don't send a tracking number, and the company that sent it to me didn't receive it. YOU MUST SEND A TRACKING NUMBER.
