I’ve been taking the Spring Valley Prenatal Multivitamin for several months now, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. I was looking for something affordable but still reliable, and this one has been a great option. First, I love the value for the price. Compared to other prenatal vitamins, this is one of the most budget-friendly options I’ve found at Walmart, and it still includes important nutrients like folic acid, iron, vitamin D, and several other essential vitamins and minerals that are important during pregnancy and postpartum. The size and format are also a plus. I’ve tried both the tablets and gummies, and both are easy enough to take daily. The tablets are a bit larger, but still manageable with food, and the gummies are a nice alternative if I’m feeling a little sensitive. I’ve also had a pretty good experience with tolerance. Some prenatal vitamins can upset my stomach, but this one has been gentle as long as I take it with a meal. I haven’t noticed any strong aftertaste or discomfort, which makes it easier to stay consistent. Another thing I appreciate is that it provides a simple once-daily routine, which makes it easy to remember. I don’t have to juggle multiple supplements, which is really helpful during a busy or tiring pregnancy schedule. These are probably the most reasonably priced prenatal Multivitamins. I just wish they offer 200-300 count size bottles as well.

Took these while I was pregnant. Decided to go back to taking them even though I had my last baby 4 years ago because my hair needed some help. My hair is now thriving after being on these for just a month!! My nails grow like crazy too!

I find most prenatal vitamins make me feel nauseous, even when taken with food, these didnt make me feel that way at all. I was also able to bring my iron levels up with just these.

Great prenatal vitamins. These do not bother my stomach when I take them. They are coated very well. I have noticed a big difference in my skin, hair, and overall energy when I take them. I recommend them.

I’m not pregnant, but my doctor suggested to take these to help my vitamin deficiencies and these have helped me greatly and really made me feel stronger and healthier. I remember taking this vitamin when I was pregnant 43 years ago my nails grew my hair was awesome yeah my skin too okay and I was 16 years old so if I was you and your hair is thinning and your nails are brittle especially at our age after menopause I would buy this in a heartbeat

Please take that into account while looking at the rating I would just like to put this to warn others, and inform in case you are taking this with other vitamins. *First, i am not pregnant or nursing. While looking into vitamins to take it was suggested that prenatal vitamins can be good to take if pregnant or not pregnant. So, I thought I would give it a try *I was and continued to take Biotin- hair, skin and nail vitamins while taking this *I have gotten HORRIBLE hormonal acne due to taking these prenatal vitamins. This is partially due to user error and not properly researching. *With researching why I was getting such horrible acne all of a sudden, I found this;"prenatal vitamins don't directly cause acne, certain ingredients, like high doses of iodine or biotin, or Vitamin B12, may trigger breakouts in some individuals". You can research more and you'll find more details on this if you are taking different vitamins. **Please be careful with taking this with multiple other vitamins because it can cause cases like this if you are taking high doses. Again, this is based on my own experience with lack of education and research. This may not happen to everyone but it is something to keep in mind c:

Buyer Beware: Contains artificial/synthetic colors! not sure why the pictures don't show this information. Assuming they changed the ingredients to make these worse for pregnant women. Won't be taking these!
