Spring Valley Highly Absorbable Collagen + C Tablets for Hair/Skin/Nail Health, 2,500 mg, 90 Count

I've used this before, then neglected taking it for awhile. I noticed my hair was shedding more than normal and my nails were getting chips, so I ordered it again and I'm back on track. I really need this in the winter especially. Winter is so hard on your skin, hair and nails. There really is no reason not to use it.

I had to have surgery on a large area of my face, and I was reading how important collagen is to skin. So I bought this to take with Magnesium Citrate before bed. The latest surgery site is new and at the appointment to have the top stitches removed (there are stitches below which will dissolve and it will take longer for that area to recover) I was told the surgery site was healing very well, so I am very positive about the use of this collagen supplement and will continue using it.

I like this more I was hesitant because I was using powder for years then stopped about 6 months ago went to order more but no way will I do cardboard packaging! Ewww tbh. Anyways got me thinking and after research decided on these pills! I always noticed a difference with my skin using collagen. I keep these next to my coffee maker and pop one anytime I make coffee usually 1-2 a day. I recommend and a lot cheaper than powder! Even at 3 a day it's cheaper and just as effective. Cardboard and bugs give me the ick lol I can't even keep boxes in my home and food goes into clear airtight containers. Anyways this is my new go to and wish I found it sooner. I absorb meds quickly so 1-2 is good for me daily.

well my mind is blown, because im 56 and i started losing the hair on the crown of my head, it actually dies grow but minutely.. i started taking these for my skin so i don't turn into a wrinkled up guy and to my surprise, my hair is slowly growing beck in! it does seem to work for original reason i intended on and i csn feel my fsce slowly tightening up.. im impressed for such a low cost product..

So I have been using this stuff for well over a year now.. like I can't even remember now. But I was having some issues with my hair thinning and it still is, but it isn't falling out as often! I notice when I don't take this stuff, my hair falls out more often and my nails actually kinda start to feel less strong and more brittle if that isn't shocking enough(I didn't get this to strengthen my nails, but it does that job too). All in all, I think this is a good collagen starter brand and I would recommend, I am always wondering what the other brands are like, but I'm probably going to stick with this. It's cheap and it works, just like most other stuff I've gotten at Walmart herbal/otc wise.

My nails are not what I expected to grow faster (bit inconvenient with how much acrylics are) but my nails and hair are growing like weeds! I had slower growth since taking my new meds and this more than remedied it.

i dunno if it's doing anything butttt just gonna keep on taking it cuz it couldn't hurt!? i have reordered it a few times already %26 it's become 1 of my regular reorder items now.

Who doesn't need a little Collagen and Vitamin C. I take this and see results. Supplements now and then is a good thing. I highly recommend taking them.

After using for about 2 weeks, I developed a constant headache on the lower half of my head. I became extremely serious and remained constant. I still have bouts of pain.
