My body cannot properly digest b vitamins, so I got this and it's been a game changer. It has helped my energy and has lowered my blood glucose. It's small, chalky/easily dissolved, ajd has no offensive taste. 10/10 recommend

I struggled with whether to recommend this product. It isn't the quality or the price or the brand which I believe has a good reputation. It really comes down to the type of pill. It clearly says its tablets. I have since bought this in caplets which I find much, much better to take. The tablets always, and I mean always, disintegrate in my mouth when I take them. It doesn't matter if I try to swallow fast, swallow with other pills, drink a lot of water, take with no water. They always fall apart in my mouth and taste powdery / grainy / not great. It's not a huge deal, maybe some won't care if it's cheaper in this form. But since I have changed to a caplet form, I'm not going back.
