Spring Valley Chromium Metabolism Support Dietary Supplement Tablets, 1,000 Mcg, 100 Count

Chromium helps me to regulate my blood sugar as a type 2 diabetic. I get a lot of vitamins from Spring Valley. Their prices are great and they are just as good if not better than their competitors.

I take this supplement to assist with diabetes symptoms and effects. Ben doing so for some time. I've stopped taking it for a three month period and noticed a negative difference in symptoms. So back to taking it. It helps/works and for the money; worth it.

Obviously, I cannot verify the efficacy of this product. I am just giving it a good review because it's one of many supplements that I take daily, and I have not been sick in 23 years. (incidentally I am 70 years old)

Trying this for insulin resistance. As another review stated, I felt something happening in my body with first pill. Don't know what it was, but felt like a positive thing. I guess time will tell.

i could not use it after all. it caused my sugar to drop below a safe level when i alreadyhadlow blood sugar. So it did work the way it was supposed to just too well in my situation.

Keto person here. I have been doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) for a good while. Despite all of the health related improvements I have gotten from keto, (and there are many!) there were times where I'd feel lightheaded towards the end of the day. I knew I was eating enough and I wasn't hungry, but I felt lightheaded towards the end of the day. I tolerated it for quite sometime because of all of the other benefits I was getting, but felt that it was time to take action. I started doing some research on what nutrients my body could have been missing. I landed on Chromium possibly being the missing nutrient. I tried this Chromium and on the first day, I could tell something was going on within my body. I didn't feel better or worse, but I could tell something was going on (if that makes sense). Beginning the second day and everyday since, I have not felt lightheaded again. Not even a little bit. I feel normal and honestly, I feel much better overall. I feel more 'present and in the moment' (once again, if that makes sense). Also, I wasn't depressed or anything before taking this, but I noticed that I also feel much happier. This is now a staple item for me. Lastly, I also noticed that my weight loss has picked up and became quite consistent. I can't promise the same results for you, but for me, this works extremely well. I just feel better overall taking this. I will continue to take it and I hope they don't get the foolish idea of changing it or discontinuing it.

Very uncomfortable side effect ... the runs ... will never use this again! Do not recommend if you plan to leave your home.
