Vitafusion B12 is a great product. This B12 supplement gives me a lot of energy and I can definitely tell the difference between it and other products I've used in the past. I have a difficult time swallowing pills so these gummies are perfect for me. I buy this brand all of the time. However, they do have a few calories and when you take other gummy vitamins in this brand like I do, they do add up. Just need to factor these calories in with your daily intake of food.
