Spring Valley B 12 has given me back my Spring
Why spend an arm and a leg when Spring Valley Vitamin B 12 works just as well? I have a condition due to the type of Pancreatis I have that I need to take sublingual B 12. Fatigue, brain fog, and nausea quickly become a distant memory due to this simple vitamin. Spring Valley B 12 has made an instant noticeable difference in my life.

No more fatigue
I take this with an iron supplement. My first time taking both and I must say I don't have heavy eyelids anymore. I don't feel tired through the day and my mood has changed in the past two weeks I've been taking it. I'm glad I invested. No chalky taste. Dissolves quick and I like cherry so that's a plus.

B12 for health and neuropathy
I'm a retired nurse if you have neuropathy in your feet tingling and your hands, you are low on vitamin B12. If you take this, it is watered to soluble so you can take as many as you want each day. You will reduce your problems. I take two in the morning to at noon and to a bedtime.

Too small of a quantity.
Only 45 in the bottle. The print was so tiny, I missed that. $5.94 is a ripoff. Don't place an order using your phone.

Energy to go on
A few months ago I got these by mistake and once I started using the quick dissolve kind that is all I want. They don't taste bad and they seem to go to work immediately.

Item wasn't received and Walmart is requesting me to return the item. Can anyone tell me how I am supposed to receive something that I have yet to receive? I personally don't know how to fulfill Walmart's request when my order wasn't received.🤔
