My bloodwork showed low iron and it was nice to have a possible cause for the extreme fatigue I had been feeling. I took one pill, just one and the next day I was already feeling better. I knew the taste would be not the greatest, it could settle tough on the tummy, and possibly cause constipation but it has all been worth it. After taking them for over two weeks I will continue to take daily as long as my doctor approves because I feel so much better.

These iron tablets are a great find. They’re easy to swallow and don’t leave a weird aftertaste. I’ve noticed I have more energy throughout the day since I started taking them. Plus, you get a ton of tablets for a really good price, so one bottle lasts a long time. Definitely worth it if you need a simple way to keep your levels up.

OK so these are exactly what you think they are - iron supplement pills. I take them because my iron levels were way down so hopefully these will help bring my levels back up some. I also have restless leg syndrome and supposedly taking iron supplements can help with that so here we are. They're small pills, easy to swallow and they go down smooth. If you need an iron supplement these will probably hook you up.

I started taking iron a few months ago, because I had an issue with low blood count (an upper GI bleed). Since I have been taking them, my blood count is normal, and my body temperature seems to be warmer (I was always cold- especially my hands). I will continue to take it from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised that these vitamins were green! I love the color because they stand out in my pill box and reminds me of spinach and other green veggies!

it's not time for my appointment yet but when it is and my iron is better than it was before I will review it again and hopefully give it a better review

This one is a little too harsh on the gut. I should have known better and bought the slow release iron! This one will constipate you easily. Maybe take every other day

I was disturbed by getting black poop aperently 45mg is the safe daily dose for age catigory that is over 14 years old and I found out that 65mg is a slight overdose that it warns about on sites. aperently the reason that they dont have IRON supplements on store shelfs unlike online is it is easy to overdose on IRON supplements and it can be harmful to several organs. black poop is a sign that you are not absorbing the IRON which is usually from the liver sending a chemical signal to your intestines not to absorbe the IRON when there is already too much in your system and IRON supplements can give huge doses in very short intervals that can bypass this body safety machanism it says online which can cause liver damage.

Shame on me for not checking the ingredients before purchasing. This product contains blue and yellow food coloring to create a sickly green colored pill. Disgusting. Who puts food colorings in vitamins?? People who take vitamins are people who care about their health! I suppose I could have requested a refund, but I had already opened the package. As soon as I saw the artificial green pills I threw away the bottle. Yuck.

I’ve been taking iron every day for the last five years. I guess I switched brands. I was taking the Nature made white ones or either the red ones that are slow release and I recently purchased this one and I’ve had nausea. My stomach’s been upset and stomach cramps. I didn’t even know that this was a side effect of taking our. This is my first time to experience this in five years.
