I love the quick dissolve feature of this melatonin. I got some melatonin because sometimes my brain just won't shut off at night. I take this sometimes when I'm feeling a little bit stress or just not tired all the way to help me relax. it's so nice to be able to just quickly dissolve a tablet. I can keep them at my bedside table and not have to swallow a pill when I'm already in bed. The taste is amazing. there's no medicinal flavor about it. if you need something to help you fall asleep at night that doesn't knock you out like cold medicine but just helps you relax, relax to be able to fall asleep then this is for you. also, I do not feel like it was habit forming for me. I was able to stop and take it just when I need rather than every single night.

Many people, including me, try melatonin and find it ineffective. The trick is to eat it 1-2 hours before you go to sleep. With this melatonin you don't even have to take it with water; just let it dissolve in your mouth.

Got this to try with some other vitamins to help get some sleep. I had been taking 10mg but with some vitamins i took this and it knocked me out. Down side was I was dragging next day. Still got to figure out best combination.

I buy these 3mg for my kids who are 9, 11, and 12. It works fantastic! Any night they just can't seem to shut their brains off, I tell them to take one and they're out in no time. They also seem to have better quality sleep and they don't wake up groggy.

I bought the 3mg because I was using 5mg and these aren't supposed to be used long term. They taste good, makes my mouth water a little so they dissolve well under my tongue. Melatonin has helped me change my night shift schedule to day shift. I had to start taking them at a consistent TIME (early) every night... about an hour before a scheduled sleep time. I didn't think it was possible, but it finally worked.

they say it's non habit forming, but I don't think that's true . I've been balled and chained to Melatonin for the last year. I do have chronic sleep issues, but when I don't take 6-10 mg of melatonin I have the worst aching legs/restless leg syndrome ever. I am dependent on melatonin. the product is good though , 4 stars because I'm sleep deprived and I don't believe them when they say melatonin is non habit forming , I believe you can become dependent on it. good price, lots of melatonin, works well , favor is meh, my daughter likes the flavor much more

I used this brand all the time as it worked well %26 knocked me out fast. But, they changed the formula. They added sucralose %26 it tastes like crap now. Sickly sweet. I noticed as soon as I put this in my mouth after getting this reformulation. Why would ANY company add a sweetener on the iffy list instead of take it out these days? Not buying again.

We have used these for years and always loved the way they tasted and mostly the way they worked! However, with this last bottle, we noticed immediately something was off. We could smell them as soon as we opened the bottle, much stronger than before. The taste used to be a very subtle strawberry, and very lightly sweetened. Now it is a strongly-fake strawberry flavor, and overly sweetened. It no longer "melts in your mouth". It is gritty and hard to swallow even when it's been chewed up and you're washing it down with water. We won't be buying these again. Switched to Natrol.

Been using these for years. This brand, this dose. Never had an issue until the last purchase. Something is majorly off. Both the taste and texture are horrendous. Change it back!

Been buying this brand of Melatonin for quite a few years. Nice taste and did its job even at a rather low dose. But just bought a new bottle and upon opening it, recognized from the decidedly medicinal smell that the formula was changed. I thought I'd give it a chance away. I was wrong. Not only a horrible taste that doesn't go away, I didn't relax and drift off to sleep like I normally would. Now I have to find a new Melatonin option.
