I love the ingredients in this vitamin, that it's packed with vitamins %26 minerals. I like that it has no artificial colors. I love that it's designed especially for women and that it claims 6 health benefits: Heart Health, Immune Health, Bone Health, Hair/Skin/Nails Health, Muscle Health and Aids in Energy Levels. On the other hand, each vitamin is very large. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing it .

Just as good as the name brand at a great price! Have been taking for a few months now, love how I feel, and already bought another bottle. Would definitely recommend to any woman looking for a great multivitamin supplement.

This is my second bottle and I can say this multivitamins help boost my energy levels. Not sure if it helped with my hair but I have seen healthier nails.

I started taking this vitamin a few days ago and already feel more energetic and "better". I never expected such a noticeable result in such a sort time. I will continue taking it because it's working.

My physical recommended these to help with hair growth. I have noticed an increase and am very pleased! Also I’ve been sick less frequently than I had been prior to taking them.

The taste is absolutely disgusting, but hey they WORK for at least most of the day!!🤣 Their size is absolutely far too threatening to me to try and swallow whole, so I have to chew them. And utilizing the old “grandma trick” of placing the pill in a napkin/paper towel and crushing it into a powder to mix into a drink didn’t cause it to dissolve at all, and left all its chunky bits at the bottom of the cup. 🤣 Unfortunately, for me anyway, it’s better to just chew them while eating or drinking—like the instructions say to take it with food or drink. If that were in reference to the horrible taste, they weren’t kidding around! Haha. For the price of these effective vitamins, compared to some double the cost with less than half the dosage, I’ll handle chewing them!!!! And will continue making a face while doing so! Despite the taste, these vitamins are great!!!!

The coating is either very thing or not at all there because they start dissolving immediately. I can't take these well with water. I have to use milk because they dissolve so quickly and then taste horrible. Do not buy these unless you're willing to compromise on how fast they dissolve in your mouth.

Don't take it on an empty stomach. This used to be a better product (when the pill was yellow, not speckly brown), but since they changed it I have to take it right after eating or it immediately makes me sick to my stomach. I don't vomit easily, but if I forget to take the vitamin until an hour after breakfast %26 then take it without eating something else, within minutes I will need to throw up if I don’t get food in my stomach fast. Not convenient or pleasant.

It's a great price so I wanted this to work, but it just didn't. For one, it tastes like dry dog food For two the pills are way too big to swollow whole. The pills are too long, wide, and high. Even though I broke it in half, it still got stuck in my throat. For these reasons, they were not right for me. I'll have to keep looking. I added some photos for a visual. The pill is next to my son's school pencil and a dime. You can see how big they are.

This dried out my skin so bad! I have great skin never had any issues until I started this vitamin. Once noticed I stopped these vitamins and within a week my skin was back to its normal self.
