I started taking this vitamin a few days ago and already feel more energetic and "better". I never expected such a noticeable result in such a sort time. I will continue taking it because it's working.

This is my second bottle and I can say this multivitamins help boost my energy levels. Not sure if it helped with my hair but I have seen healthier nails.

Just as good as the name brand at a great price! Have been taking for a few months now, love how I feel, and already bought another bottle. Would definitely recommend to any woman looking for a great multivitamin supplement.

I love the ingredients in this vitamin, that it's packed with vitamins %26 minerals. I like that it has no artificial colors. I love that it's designed especially for women and that it claims 6 health benefits: Heart Health, Immune Health, Bone Health, Hair/Skin/Nails Health, Muscle Health and Aids in Energy Levels. On the other hand, each vitamin is very large. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing it .

My physical recommended these to help with hair growth. I have noticed an increase and am very pleased! Also I’ve been sick less frequently than I had been prior to taking them.

These vitamins have made a gigantic difference in my skin and hair because I noticed a change in smoother skin and my hair needs trimming once a week. My nails also have to be cut once a week. If I slack off taking these vitamins, my hair and nails slow down in groth.

I like these vitamins cause they're inexpensive and they're not a gummy. When did they think adults senior citizens whatever you wanna call me like to chew a gummy and pick it out of their teeth stop making everything a gummy unless it's in the candy aisle for children so I like these pretty well.

It's a great price so I wanted this to work, but it just didn't. For one, it tastes like dry dog food For two the pills are way too big to swollow whole. The pills are too long, wide, and high. Even though I broke it in half, it still got stuck in my throat. For these reasons, they were not right for me. I'll have to keep looking. I added some photos for a visual. The pill is next to my son's school pencil and a dime. You can see how big they are.

When it says take with food, they mean it! I've been taking the Olly women's daily gummy vitamins and loved those because I could take them alone. Not a breakfast eater, so I could take those with my coffee and move on with my day with no issues. These, however, while being much much more affordable, make my stomach churn! If I take them without food, they are not staying put and will have my running to vomit within minutes. Even with food, they still kind of make my stomach feel a little queasy. I don't usually have reactions to medications/vitamins so I was surprised! Love the price of these but they just hurt my tummy too much.

I bought this one instead of the other Equate multivitamin for women because it has more calcium. Unfortunately, it causes awful NAUSEA 30-60 minutes after taking it. I never had problems taking Walmart/Equate supplements until I tried this one. Maybe change some ingredients and test it thoroughly before putting it on shelves.
