Spring Valley Melatonin Tablets Sleep Support Dietary Supplement, 5 mg, 120 Count

When you get older, your body produces less melatonin. So that makes it harder to sleep. Plus I have various aches and pains that add up when I lay down lol. Melatonin solves these problems for me. You should not take a bunch of them though cause you'll have very vivid dreams I which are kind of fun, but not very restful.

I have insomnia and have struggled for a long long to get sleep. I have tried everything and even melotonin in the past, which did not work before. Out of desperation for rest and concern about taking diphenhydramine every nightI decided to give melatonin a chance again. This time its working! I am able to fall asleep and get half a nights undesturbed sleep with 1 of these melotonin pills. they seem to disolve well and work pretty fast. I have already stocked up on my next bottle. Its a big bottle and last a while.

This Melatonin works just great! I've used it and it aids with getting me sleepy after a while. I don't believe there is much else to inform on the product.

Having a lot of personal issues at this time. My PCP advised me to take Melatonin an hour or two before bed. It does help but doesn't knock you out or leave you groggy when awake. This is what I needed since I now live alone.

I usually try to go with the most inexpensive bottle but for whatever reason I got this brand. Spring Valley worked for me I've been sleeping like a baby…

I like the convenience of having it sent to me , I'm disabled and your delivery program is fast on most products, especially vitamins and things that are easier to have you deliver than try to navigate the department in the store. fair prices and quality. thanks

The delivery guy delivered it to the garage WAY on the other side of the trees from my house where it was meant to be delivered, and my house number is clearly large and quite visible. Other than that melatonin is great and its helped me drastically with years of insomnia and staying up all hours of the night and even to the next day. Sleep nice and comfy now with melatonin and my other night time meds Seroquel and Hydroxyzine. Thanks for the speedy delivery even though it was delivered to the wrong place. THANKS WALMART!!!

i never received the products. i have attempted to make you understand this. i don't care if you have a picture of delivery i did not receive my items

My personal experience is that I did not receive this with my order . I had 4 items in this order and two I did not receive. The Melatonin and an 18 lb. bag of cat food However I was charged for these items.
