There's very few pills I can get out 9 year old daughter to swallow, but she's WILLING to swallow these. They are smooth and go down easy. MiraLAX makes her stools too watery, but this product is just right. We are thoroughly pleased with this product because she takes it every day, under doctor's supervision, for a chronic bowel problem. We've tried multiple things over the years, but this medication seems to work the best, along with diet.

I am on a constant prescription of a strong opioid and unfortunately a side effect of this is major constipation. I use this OTC med along with another similar product and find that it definitely helps my situation. I wasn't going to review this as my "condition" is a rather touchy subject but then thought if it helps anyone else in a similar "bind" (no pun intended) why not. A very good purchase!

Helps with the go, gentle and effective but best to be realistic and appreciate that it's an assist to your natural processes, and not an instant miracle.

These are gentle have helped to ease my movements but not like a full on laxative. I'm taking Ozempic and an acid-pump inhibitor(Protonix) so they really slowed things down and it started to be a little too slow, these Stool softeners are great, they don't make it so you can't leave the house, but they help keep things easy to go. Be sure to drink lots of water and I found getting up and moving a bit after eating helps too. I started with the lowest possible dose, unsure of how hard and fast it would work. I now take two with my morning supplements and two with my night time supplements (12 hours apart) and my bowels are moving properly, formed and not uncomfortable. They are recommended for after surgery too, that's coming up also for me so I'm glad I know how well they work for me.

These are a bargain and offer a consistent result. If you're chronically on pain meds, or doing GLP-1s, you know that constipation is a very real issue, and if you don't address it, it can be extremely painful. I take 3 of these with a pain pill, and when I was doing glps, I did even more. Even if you eat a high fiber diet, drink plenty of water and take psyllium, sometimes that is not enough, and you pay the price. I take these with a senna chaser, less of those, as they will add up to an unpleasant surprise at times. Just guess when, ha, you never know! That's inconvenient, but I'd rather be on the looser side than be an Elvis. Pay attention to your body and help yourself be regular. Do all the good things, veggies, whole grains, psyllium, but these really help keep the pain out of being regular.

If you need this product, and I won't get too deep in the why you would need it, it does the job and does it well. Fast acting, no taste, and small easy to take gelcaps.

This generic version of stool softener is as good in my view as the name brand product. It accomplishes on me very well and I get the relief I require

This product came stuck together in the bottle so every time have to use have to pry the capsules apart to get out of bottle. Also this product is NOT as effective as Costco's brand or Duclax Brand.. Not really impressed with this product. would I buy it again?> NO
