melatonin is so hit or miss. sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't at all. if this doesn't work try chamomile tea...I got a bag of organic chamomile tea and it helps.

This use to be the best melatonin product. it had a subtle but sweet taste and dissolved relatively quickly. I recommended it to everyone. my most recent purshase shocked me because now it tastes like TRASH and takes forever to dissolve. So, not only does it taste bad, but because it takes forever to dissolve you have to sit with it in your mouth for eternity tasting like a tide pod.

I have been using this exact brand of melatonin for years. It worked well, tasted great, and helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The bottle I just received is completely different—the ingredients list has changed, and so have the taste and the texture. What used to be a slightly sweet, easily dissolved strawberry tablet has become a mushy, horribly flavored paste-like tab. The new version is garbage, and I will be looking for an alternative immediately.

I've been using this product for years without issue, but just recently, it looks like they've changed the formula for the tablets. I have the old version's bottle and compared the ingredients - it's completely different. Not only does it taste worse (artificial sweetener warmth when dissolving weird aftertaste), but it doesn't seem to work. I'm requesting a refund and switching to another brand.

This is the second time I have ordered this item, the first one was sent to the wrong address and credit given, the second order shows delayed? What is wrong?

I regret this purchase (3pk for $20). First ingredient is dextrose and it tastes like it, too, as in the dissolvable tablets taste very weirdly “artificial sweetener-ish”. I will definitely never buy this Spring Valley Melatonin again.
