Texture and flavor that I enjoy using on a daily basis. I have used several different brands of B12 gummies and by far Spring Valley brand has the best flavor and texture of the four others I've used.

I take Spring Valley vitamins every day all of them, for me it is easy they taste great and I feel better taking them. I am 71 years old and I believe they haved helped me get this far down the road. I will keep using them as long as I can afford them.

I usually get Spring Valley B Complex which has a reasonable 1250% daily value of B12, but it's completely out of stock everywhere. This SV B12 gummy is disgusting in comparison, it has a sugary texture and 1 gummy is a whopping 10,400% daily value of B12. That's the lowest daily value I could find, but I will keep looking because I'm really disappointed in the flavor/texture.

These vitamins are so hard. They are advertised as gummies but they taste more like a gummy that has been set out for weeks. Also the taste is kind of chalky with not much good flavor to it
