My legs were cramping and I was have the most horrible Charlie Horses every night! So I thought to get some potassium. This product kicked old Charlie's butt! My legs, and really my whole body, feel amazing!

If you are looking to increase your magnesium intake this is a very inexpensive way. It's only 99 mg per serving but that is not a bad thing since you can use it as much or as little as you need. I tend to use it in addition to foods that are higher in magnesium. You cannot beat the price!

These work great... The ease of ordering them online make it so simple and they work as well as any other brand at a lower cost. I have been buying them for years and sometimes my local Wal-Mart is out of stock so now I just order them. I would recommend them to anyone that takes Potassium supplements.

These are a really good product. I have been using them for a few years now. I started using them to get extra potassium in my diet due to severe leg cramps and these have really helped. I take 2 aday inthe morning when I gert up.

I don’t ever eat enough fruits and vegetables so I find it really important to take my vitamins daily and I purchase all of my vitamins in this brand. They are economical and I have found after taking the ones I take daily that I feel better physically and mentally.

I bought the Potassium tablets because The medicine given to me from the Pharmacy the pills were to large and the liquid tasted awful. I had to take something because my Potassium level stayed below normal. When I found the pills at Walmart, I bought a bottle because they was smaller than the prescription ones. I took them to my doctor to see if it was ok to take them, he checked them and said yes only one twice a day. It’s been over a year since I started taking them and on Feb. 8 2024, I had to have blood drawn and my test for my Potassium was Normal for the first time in years.

Have had the same vitamin before, and honestly unless I get a leg cramp and take one I don't see in advantage of taking them daily, but there must be because the experts say we need potassium along with 1 million other vitamins, right? When I get a leg cramp it generally takes about 10 to 20 minutes for it to get in the system. Some very thankful that it does work

If you have a difficult time swallowing pills, these may be considered too large %26 difficult to swallow. A handy tactic a doctor gave me years ago when my kids were little, is to have a bottle of water to take pills with. The way your mouth %26 tongue form around the bottle helps the water flow around the pill %26 carry it down to the stomach! Potassium is good for immunity, and the thyroid.

I ordered by mistake. I never use this brand of vitamins and minerals because of the origin. Walmart has better brands which are made in the Americas.
