Spring Valley Vitamin B12 Supplement Timed-Release Tablets , 1000 mcg, 300 Count

My Primary Doctor was concerned that I was experiencing falls and dizziness. He requested a lab test to check my B-12. He called it. The range is from 199-900. Mine was 198! He gave me a B-12 shot and prescribed otc B-12 /1,000 mg pill daily. There were several brands to choose from, but I chose Spring Valley because the price is more affordable than most of the others. Some were 3x's as much. I've purchased from this brand in the past and was satisfied. I was very concerned, as always when taking new meds, about whether the B-12 would upset my stomach, however I've had no issues. I was glad to find the Spring Valley brand. It allows me to save money now and in the future.

I have been taking these vitamins for a long time now and they do work really good. I suggest you get them. You do feel better after you take them after a little bit like I’ll give it a week and you see the difference. I know I will continue buying them and the price is not bad either.

I was watching a video on Youtube and it was describing a bunch of symptoms I was having and it said this could be due to a B12 deficiency. I though, why not, let's try it. After a week of taking these vitamins I've noticed some of my symptoms seem to be gone. In reality do I know if it's working? No, I don't but it feels like it's working weather it's actually working or I think it's working I feel better and it's not going to harm me so why not. Sadly doctors don't investigate vitamin deficiencies so I feel like I have to experiment and see what works. I don't know if there's any truth to it but it seems to me natural nutrients and herbs seem to have a positive effect on me without any side effects. I feel better taking this vitamin and I'm going to continue taking it. If you're like me living on a limited income and you can't always get fresh fruits and vegetables vitamins can be a great idea.

This is a SUPER vitamin!! At $10 for the 200 count it is an absolute bargain too especially when you compare it to prices at other pharmacies and stores!! My doctor said I would notice a boost in energy after starting to take this vitamin in the morning with food and she was absolutely right!! At 75, I get tired easily but lately, feels worse. Dr submitted prescription for same for the same. doseage, BUT insurance refused to pay! Did my research and found the exact thing! price is better and beginning to notice energy is increasing. After 2 weeks,cap 1 daily. I made homemade doughts. Spring Valley supplements are usually lower priced but good quality, and most of them are gluten-free which is essential for those of us with Celiac Disease. The B12 helps with several of the chronic illnesses I live with (including hypothyroidism and lupus).

I ordered (B12 5000 mcg) per tablet......... I know I approved a substitute; however, I didn't expect it to be 4000 mcg less than what I ordered. Received 1000mcg. Thanks for being so considerate. I can work with this one and just double up on the number of pills. Thank you .
