again another product I've been buying from you all for years and you review it's great product why do you have to review your spring valley vitamins when they're good vitamins the store brand is just as good as the national brand it always has been. and if you have to take potassium for your heart this is great potassium because I have to take it every day

I like how spring valley ,while doing all the lab and manufacturing and cleanliness things,they don't spend too much on frills but they do everything right including they actually keep the price affordable for everyone including low income families who need a bit more potassium gluconate 99mg. After suffering with severe cramps in my feet, legs, arms and torso, it occured to me that this was probably due to low potassium. I do use diuretics and I was using a lot of magnesium. Then I remembered that I had been diagnosed several years ago with having low potassium and my doctor then prescribed this exact therapy. I'm not a big fan of bananas so I decided to try it. I'm on prescription Potassium pills but my count was still a little low so started buying these yrs ago and has help a lot. Of course, I told my Dr, and he does blood work every 3 months.

I take these to help with my RLS, and leg cramps. They are easy to swallow, a good source of potassium, and the price is great for the number of pills you get. This is a regular purchase for me and the quality is consistent over the years.

I started taking these a year ago after my blood test showed I was low on potassium. It has brought my test up to normal. Potassium is extremely important!

Great product but it does have a lot of zinc in it but it's nice to get all the different magnesium in one pill men should only take 3-6 mg per day and up to 12mg with a max of 40mg per day and this is above that but i will try it.

I tried it for leg cramps. Gave it a long enough trial, and didn't help one bit for my leg cramps. Can't say for other problems, but leg cramps is what I got it for in hopes of adding potassium would help. Gave the pills an honest try but just didn't work for me.
