This has such a high amount of B12 that now my numbers are slightly above normal. Good that it shows the vitamins are being absorbed. So I’ll take a vitamin 2 days out of 3 and that should be about right. Overall I feel much stronger and more energetic since taking these on a regular basis.

I'm going to the store and buying new Women 50 They smell and taste weird. It's almost like it's rotten fruit. I've gotten these many times before and they never smelled or tasted bad. I got them for my husband which is Men 50 and they smell fine. I took 1 pill and felt sick that day. Not saying it was from the pill, but the next day I didn't take the vitamin and felt so much better. Thought they were fake and not the real thing.
