I suffer with calf cramps. My 64 ounces of water daily isn’t always enough to keep them at bay. These work wonders. Anyone experiencing leg cramps should definitely give these a try !!! HIGHLY recommend for the WORST leg cramps!! I can just barely move my legs during the night and I'll instantly have a spasm/cramp so bad I honestly think the muscle is being ripped in 2. I could t do anything but lay there and cry and pray to God that it would stop. THEN a 2nd one would happen at the same time!! I don't know what causes them but the pain literally rivals natural childbirth. BUT, I discovered Hyland's PM for leg cramps. The other night I woke up with SEVERE cramps/spams in BOTH legs and I reached for the Hylands by my bed (yes I keep a bottle nearby) and I popped 3 pills in my mouth. Honest to goodness by the time they dissolved, the spasms had completely GONE. I don't know what makes these work and work so fast but they DO. I will NEVER be without a bottle beside my bed! If I have to pay $50 a bottle for overnight shipping just so I don't run out, I will. The pain is that bad! I can't recommend these enough!

I spent three hours in agony one night with cramps in both legs. The next night, with these pills provided by my sister, I stopped the cramps before they started. It works. I have tried other remedies that may or may not work (such as drinking water to rehydrate, eating magnesium pills or Tums or a banana ), but this one worked immediately. Such relief.

This really works great and fast. I have pain in my feet and legs at night and this product relieves my pain and restless legs so I can get some sleep. Recommend it for anyone who has this problem.

My husband has always struggled with leg and foot cramps. Hyland's Leg Cramps PM is the only product we know of to use. It seems to work for him. He is very sensitive to magnesium and this doesn't give him the runs. I works for me too.

This works as qell or better than any over the counter medication for pain and helps you sleep. I have Leukemia and an auto immune disease called Sjogrens so i have so much pain but ive recently had horrid leg pain and this stuff saves my life or sanity anyway. i higjly suggest this.

I'm so glad that I found these pills they work very fast at night cuz I have been since junior high school prone to very bad leg cramps and they actually take the pain away and the left leg cramp very quickly thank you guys whoever you're invented this keep it moving and also the restless leg syndrome loyal customer

My wife and I wouldn't be without it. We love it - simply said, Put 3 of them under your tongue and let them devolve. If that doesn't work then do the same thing again. That's it, cramps gone.

Excellent service from this seller the product is very effective I had these years ago in America but have not been able to get them for a long time. They are expensive but worth it.

I would definitely order this again, it took about three days to get into my system and I haven’t woke up with Charlie horse or with the inability to walk anywhere because I cannot feel my legs or because they’re spasmed up. This is absolutely unheard of to me because I’m so active I cycle, walk 15,000 steps a day, etc. etc. but evidently I stretched the tendon to quickly and it should’ve been done. I guess the bed at a time or something but it is the worst pain ever. I hope that everybody else is feeling better and decides to try this stuff because it really worked my doctor. My regular doctor recommended it and she even lifted it for me and showed me what it was so I would not be confused. Sincerely Works I’ll take the night version every night through the fourth night. I’ll let you know if set up a third time but hopefully everything will be fine.🎀
