Excellent Supplement
This product really works and cured my leg cramp problems. It was recommended to me by the pharmacist at my Walmart. It is the highest quality and purity. it's a necessary supplement that most people need for bone, muscle and nerve health.

Not for me
Recommended to buy this “oxide”. However, when reviewed, this version of magnesium causes stomach looseness. Others, do not. Returned it after delivery.

I wanted to write a review because I think this is a very good product. Every other magnesium supplement I've used has resulted in stomach issues. Mag-Ox helps with muscle knots and pain without the stomach issues. I've used it for several years now. Good product!

My doctor wants me to take the mag ox because my magnesium was lower than it was supposed to be. It has brought my magnesium back up to normal numbers in the way the doctor has prescribed that I take it. I also like the price from Amazon it fits my budget better.

It does work!
I'm going to be honest and first say that I'm a smoker. I started this MagOx magnesium supplement after I read magnesium could possibly help with breathing/lung health. I'm also going to be honest and say I have had great results! I've definitely noticed a difference. I'm not as out of breath as I was, nor am I coughing as much. Works for me!

Help leg cramps
I have a lot of leg cramps %26 sometimes I cannot sleep. When I take this calcium it helps me sleep. It also help my legs.
