I had arthritis in my left hip %26 lower back. I've had shots to relieve the pain, but the last 2 didn't give me any relief. I have used this before for knee problems %26 (for me) it REALLY works. I started feeling relief in about a week. I still have a little pain, but nothing like I was having. It was worth at least a try, because I didn't want to got the prescription pain meds.

They are large pills and you do take two but I don't have a problem with that. They truly make joint movement so much better. Give a few weeks if you're just starting. Made walking down the stairs in the morning so much easier I wouldn't go without them.

Caplets size is tolerable and they are coated so can swallow with liquids. I am happy that I found these and my knees and shoulder are better because I take these. I've been using this for about 10 years now. It took a couple of years to have a noticeable effect, but it has worked wonders for my bad knees. YMMV.

I have arthritis in most of my body as a result of numerous injuries and heavy lifting over 46 years I'm almost 60 now .Two of these a day help to keep me comfortable and mobile. I don't know what shape I'd be in mobility wise without these.

Not sure of the science behind the ingredients in this, but it's the only thing that helps ease my horrible arthritic hands. I can tell when I miss taking it a few days in a row. This stuff works great for me. You'll notice a difference after you start taking it loyally for 4-5 days.

I buy this for my husband. He really like this brand of glucosamine. I have bought other brand for him to try and he doesn't like them as good as Osteo-Biflex. He said that it really helps his knees. i read the reviews on this pills %26 all the reviews were sounding great. some ppl said one works %26 some say 2. so the first 2 weeks i took one made allmy bones hurt %26 plus leg cramps something bad. so the next 2 weeks i took 2, legs hurt so bad i could barely walk. so whoever is writing this stuff i "call bull crap on yall". so now im outof that money %26 my money is hard to come by. so ppl dont buy this unless u just wont to throw ur money away
