I have no more pain in my shoulders or knees or hips like before after using this product. I still have the occasional should or knee popping or cracking, but nothing like the debilitating condition before. It's helped me for less than the cost of Omega XL.

They are large pills and you do take two but I don't have a problem with that. They truly make joint movement so much better. Give a few weeks if you're just starting. Made walking down the stairs in the morning so much easier I wouldn't go without them.

I have tried different things and some worked for a little while but then stopped working, this Bi-Flex words great for me. I only take one per day even though they recommend two. If I start to feel a little pain, I'll take two for a while. While everyone is different I recommend this product.

Any joint pain or stiffness this will help, and it gives a 7 day reassurance that it will ease the joint discomfort. i have bad knees and shoulder pain and inflammation and this ease it. it doesn't take away all the symptoms but helps so you can function and not take to many pain medications that can be bad on the stomach. Caplets size is tolerable and they are coated so can swallow with liquids. I am happy that I found these and my knees and shoulder are better because I take these. Love the joint shield to keep joints lubricated. Good product, that doesnt upset the tummy. Take as directed.

it is a huge pill but its supposed to increase calcium in your bones. if it does then Im all in. ill needva density scan to confirm.

I keep forgetting to take this. Therefore i cannot give an honest review. Bought it for my daily joint pain.

Terrible. Enormous hard pill. Gave me acid reflux. But worst of all it caused insomnia. You're better off with a gummy version.
