This product is good for someone who takes meds once a day.this way you get your dosage of Calcium everyday with the convenience of taking t only one time. I would forget to take my second dose of Calcium and this product is my cure all for that. The price is the lowest I could find

This is the one for me; I take care of two things in this one product, my vitamin D and my calcium. This one absorbs with or without food and it has not caused me any stomach upset. The added heart protection is another plus. I would highly recommend this product.

This is an excellent calcium supplement. I am 43 and pregnant with my 7th child, and i have diligently taken this supplement the entire time. I can say this is my first time not having crumbling teeth or severe cavities or bone aches during pregnancy; for me this definitely speaks to the efficacy of the product. Although you need to take 2 and they are on the larger size, they are easy to take and tolerate. I'm a repeat buyer and will continue to be.

My doctor told me to start taking calcium a few years ago and this is the only one I could find that was time released, so I only have to take them once a day. They are big but not as big as other calcium tablets I have tried. And they are not chalky so they do go down a little bit easier. And they have D3 which is an added bonus. Sometimes they are hard to find but Walmart.com almost always has them.

I stated that I would recommend this item, yes it is good, I just wish Great Value/Walmart/Spring Valley would make this in the 1200 w/D3. I personally have to take 2 of these a day and for the price, wow. The other brands listed above are cheaper, but I would have to take 6-8 a day plus a D3.
