Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Time Release Tablets, Dietary Supplement, 150 Count

I've been using nature made vitamins for a few years and they are a great quality supplement. After speaking with my doctor about this he suggested to keep taking individual vitamins opposed to a multivitamin so I know how much I'm getting from each supplement.

This type of B12 is really easy to take by mouth. I appreciate that I can take it on empty stomach and it doesn't upset my stomach. 1000 mcg is good dose for time release and helpful for energy. I take one each morning before I even have coffee.

this is a must have vitamin for my husband and me. It tastes like a b vitamin, which is not great, but you don't chew them. They do work and make you feel better on the inside, and outside!

I am a diabetic and my doctor says to take vitamin B12 daily. What I like about this brand, you don't get a bad taste in your mouth. They are easy to swallow.

I suffer from arthritis of both knees and at times I have pain that is intolerable and am unable to sleep. I take 2 tablets and within 20 minutes not only is the pain gone, but I am able to fall asleep.

I've always liked the Nature Made brand and hasn't killed me so that's a great recommendation! My only problems is that it's hard to find 5,000 mcg bottles so they need to get on that but good stuff as far as I can tell.

I just started taking their vitamin B12, because I'm not a meat eater, and I felt I may be lacking in this vitamin. I also think it may be giving me a little more energy. I would recommend this brand because they are of high quality and the price is right.

Did the formulation change? I noticed when I opened my new bottle the tablets are white, not light pink, and they are thinner than my previous bottle. The larger pill expires Jan 2027 and the smaller expired Dec 2027.

I've used this supplement before with absolutely no issues. I'm a vegetarian so consuming a B12 supplement is really important for me. I purchased from a different retailer before and I finished the whole bottle over time with no side effects. I was running low and the other retailer wouldn't ship it soon enough so I decided to purchase from Walmart since they had it in stock. Once u started taking it I started having diarrhea every single day. At first I thought it was something else, but I eventually narrowed it down to this. Once I stopped taking it the diarrhea stopped right away. I am now traumatized to purchase this product again without the fear of having another side effect.
