Calcium supplements are very important for older folks like me - it's key to maintain bone density with calcium (and weight training!) to avoid bone degeneration as we age. It's important to have the vitamin D in combination with the calcium. This product is high quality and a good price, and I love the convenience of Walmart's shipping. I put only one star for "taste" but honestly, you swallow these, and don't chew them, so there is no taste if used properly. Finally, it's a nice big container so I run out less often!

I take a calcium tablet every morning and this is the only brand I have used. the price is good and you get a lot of capsules for the price. If you need to take calcium, use this brand.

I was told by a doctor to take these two times a day. After 1 week I became super constipated. I cut back to 1 time a day and I became regular again. After a month, I tried going back to 2 times a day. I became constipated and had really bad anxiety with these. It even affected my other medications. I had to stop my medicines and these. It took a little over a week for the anxiety to go away. I waited a few weeks and tried taking it again once a day, and its fine. . I read this can cause anxiety and worse if your body metabolizes minerals differently.

i didnt like that they were large hard tablets I could feel going down. I was trying to order the soft gel version. Sometimes Walmart's descriptions are difficult to decipher and the picture doesn't enlarge without going blurry so I can't read the package lables very well.

I'm returning the viitiman D because it was a substitution %26 not what I originally ordered

Order delivery was scheduled for 10-12 yesterday, then changed to 3-5 yesterday, then was texted that it was ready for PICKUP last night. Had to cancel and reorder for delivery today. Then changed my order on 3 items dropping the qty to 1ea on three items so now I have order those again. This is also the 2nd time that I ordered 6 eggs and got 1 broken in each order. Things are not going well using Walmart delivery!
