My daughter has to take calcium and she already uses this brand. Great price for the amount. This one came and this bottle is humongous. This will last her forever. The pills are kind of big and I guess you would get use to taking them after a while. I hate taking pills.

The jar was difficult to open, I needed a knife, but at least I know it was air thigh close. Tablets are huge and I needed a lot of water to pass it through.
