I take 2 tabs daily with meals. They are easy to swallow and easy on my system. When I get my bloodwork checked, my calcium is always in perfect range. I take the one vitamin d3 because I'm not really an outdoor person so I need the extra vitamin d wherever I can get it. Its worth the price.
