I've been taking this for over two months. The effects began to show after a month of use. I took one pill daily at 11:30 AM and one at 5:30 PM before meals, and at some point, I could definitely feel my bowel movements becoming easier and my appetite decreasing. It seems to be good for preventing overeating. For reference, I'm of normal weight (BMI 20), but I believe the degree of effectiveness may vary depending on BMI.

I can't really tell if these are working or not I've been taking them for a few weeks. I'm not any less hungry however and you only get 40 pills in one bottle so that's something to think about as well. You take two pills a day so one bottle isn't even a full mouth.

Wow! This works! Took for 1-1 1/2 weeks with portion control, walking 45 min a day for 5-6 days a week and I lost 1-2lbs. The scale fluctuates. Needed something to reduce my appetite and overeating. To be honest, the first week taking the full recommended dose. I did have an upset stomach every day. I did decrease it to one pill first thing in the morning and that seems to be working fine as well. I might work my way back up to two pills first thing in the morning with my breakfast

Started using after reading it helps with hair health, but other sources touted the blood sugar and weight loss benefits. My first dose, I noticed I wasn't craving sweets like I normally do. Will give them a few months to see if my hair benefits as they are expensive

This is my 2nd go around with these !! My first time I took it was a breeze and there were no problems. I can't say that for this go around because I was good the first few days taking these. As I continued to take them, I felt super nauseous and also had the runs. My stomach felt terrible and I couldn't stay off the toilet at all. I did all the things I did before such as drinking water before and also eating before I take them. i wouldn't recommend them to a friend at all.
