I can't really tell if these are working or not I've been taking them for a few weeks. I'm not any less hungry however and you only get 40 pills in one bottle so that's something to think about as well. You take two pills a day so one bottle isn't even a full mouth.

I've been taking this for over two months. The effects began to show after a month of use. I took one pill daily at 11:30 AM and one at 5:30 PM before meals, and at some point, I could definitely feel my bowel movements becoming easier and my appetite decreasing. It seems to be good for preventing overeating. For reference, I'm of normal weight (BMI 20), but I believe the degree of effectiveness may vary depending on BMI.

It's not the best of the best, but I started out with some really good Berberine, and then continued with Spring Valley because the other was too expensive. This keeps the momentum going though! I haven't noticed any side effects other than the ones you want to have; weight loss! It's worked for me as a continuim.

This is my 2nd go around with these !! My first time I took it was a breeze and there were no problems. I can't say that for this go around because I was good the first few days taking these. As I continued to take them, I felt super nauseous and also had the runs. My stomach felt terrible and I couldn't stay off the toilet at all. I did all the things I did before such as drinking water before and also eating before I take them. i wouldn't recommend them to a friend at all.
