I'm on day 7, so here's what I'm seeing, I'm using them to hopefully boost my metabolism and lose weight. i do work out as well. i feel like they give me energy, but not in a drug way or caffeine way. I definitely feel like it curbs my appetite in no bad side effects.So far I'll keep y'all updated. I'll let you know on the weight difference as well
This DID NOT help me lose weight. However it did reset my gut health, for which I am grateful. I had tried various digestive enzymes and eliminating things from my diet without success. After one week on Berberine, I have no more after meal bloating and gas. I can even eat beans without side effects.
They seem to be helping me with my sugar cravings and suppressing my appetite. I give it a 10/10 the only thing I would say is, they are a bit hard to swallow. They float when I drink it with water and just big to swallow haha not sure how to explain it but helps to drink it with a little bit of milk for me. Something more dense I guess, to avoid the float. 😂
ok the fence so far. Doc recommended this for weight loss. extremely bitter tasting capsules, which makes sense because berberine is bitter. so far no results but will try for at least 3 months.
I would recommend too someone trying to put on weight when I bought this item was help me loose weight waste of My money sure was looking forward loosing weight I am few pounds over weight I just nue this was the right one but no it puts on weight not loose weight I opened it I know I can't take it back🥺
It helped curb my appetite but I had to stop using because it gave me horrible heartburn.
It did not help to control my sugar. According to ingredients and amount in each capsule it should have but it did not. I am diabetic and control my sugar levels with Berberine and diet control. I ran out of my preferred and thought I would try this brand but it was a waste of money.
I'm sure Berberine is good for you! UNLESS YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OR KIND OF HEART ISSUES OR TROUBLE! I ordered this with every good intention to take as directed,then I talk to my Dr. who said NOT to take it! It's NOT good for anyone with heart issues, on meds or not! PLEASE!!! TALK TO YOUR DR.FIRST!!!
these capsules are large and you have to take two of them. for the price. they are expensive and unfortunately I saw no results whatsoever. maybe you have to take them for many months before you can see results?
Quality control is lacking ! Opened up the bottle first dose, I was in a hurry. Second, I immediately noticed the presence of mold in my mouth! Highly allergic to mold spores, so yep! Mold. Will not buy again from this company. Sorry nope 👎
