after doing some research and listening to a plastic surgeon I gave this a try. I was on the wegovy for 6 months for weight loss and did well but gained some back. this is pretty close to the way I felt taking wegovy. still my first week but no bloating no cravings and I'm not hungry I would definitely give it a try.

I decided to try this to help with my diabetes. I'm a the fence as to whether it's working. It's a little pricey for my budget so I may not be able to continue using it.

I'm not sure about the biological results and performance because I don't have sugar tester. I'm simply rating this product as giving me an overall boost in general well-being.

I read about the berberine in an article health article and it stated that it would help my glucose readings to be lower. I've been using it now for over three months and that has happened. My glucose has dropped to 126 whereas before it was in the 70s, 189 I really like the berberine and I am hoping to continue it without any side effects.

ok the fence so far. Doc recommended this for weight loss. extremely bitter tasting capsules, which makes sense because berberine is bitter. so far no results but will try for at least 3 months.

It did not help to control my sugar. According to ingredients and amount in each capsule it should have but it did not. I am diabetic and control my sugar levels with Berberine and diet control. I ran out of my preferred and thought I would try this brand but it was a waste of money.

Quality control is lacking ! Opened up the bottle first dose, I was in a hurry. Second, I immediately noticed the presence of mold in my mouth! Highly allergic to mold spores, so yep! Mold. Will not buy again from this company. Sorry nope 👎
