I started taking this berberine to help support my blood sugar levels and because I also struggle with PCOS, so I've been trying to be more mindful about my overall health and wellness. Diabetes also runs in my family, which made me want to start taking better care of myself and be more consistent with supplements that support my body. The capsules are easy to swallow, don't leave a bad aftertaste, and I like that they don't upset my stomach. One thing I would personally recommend is starting slow if you're new to berberine. The bottle suggests taking 3 capsules daily, one before each meal, but I would suggest starting with just 1 capsule a day first to see how your body reacts. Then after a couple weeks, slowly work your way up to 2 a day and eventually the full serving if needed. I feel like easing into it helps your body adjust better and helps avoid feeling off if it feels too strong at first. Overall, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for extra blood sugar and wellness support.

It scaled me what it taste like.. lol They are capsules…I taste nothing. This is the 3rd berberine I've tried in the last 15-16 months, by far my favorite. It keeps my sugar from spiking, no crazy cravings and I've lost 44 lbs in the last yr being strictly on this brand.

For those of us who eat berberine by the teaspoon ,being able to not taste the berberine is wonderfull. I load berberine into a tripple 0 capsule---then it's on my clothing and every wear elce. This is a cleaner product. I have not had a bad reaction to it.

Have been using this product a few months, long enough to have my lab studies. Being on the high end of controlled Type 2, this supplement has kept me in the normal range. I have never been hypoglycemic or even rarely ran low sugar. It has been very beneficial to me.

I was diagnosed with a fatty liver , as being prediabetic, and hight blood pressure. I was told that they were from being overweight. I did some research and bound that berberine helps with blocking the absorption of sugar, improving lipid levels And lowering blood pressure. I started taking berberine about A month and cut my sugar intake but other than that, I have not made any other changes to my diet. I have lost about 20 pounds. This stuff is absolutely wonderful.

I love taking Berberine to naturally balance my sugar levels. I've been taking Berberine to control sugar levels as I like the holistic approach of medicine. These definitely work as my bloodwork came out great and my doctor said to continue what I'm doing.

I have ordered from Amazon the same product and it contained 90 gummies. I was surprised that this one was for 63 gummies and the price was the same even tho it was 2/3 the amount. I will not order it from Walmart again.

The capsules are not filled with the berberine, the powder is loose. I believe they are not properly filled.

This brand did not do what I am used to. I use a different brand and I thought it would be about the same if not better than the one I usually buy. I am able to feel the effects of any holistic supplement and this one caused me to have stomach issues and headaches. If I could get my money back for this product I would (being I only used it a couple of times).
