Berberine was suggested to me by a friend who has for years successfully followed the advice of a health nutritionist. I took a pill every morning as the instructions say. After 90 days, my A1c went down 1/10 of a point which was enough to please my healthcare provider. I did not have any adverse side effects. My weight has maintained, which normally I would have gained weight during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I don't know if the berberine helped me not gain weight? I plan to continue to use it.

it works as described when i used which our walmart is out of stock an wont do shipping were there gel like cause they would melt in the truck but with eating right an walking id loose 3lbs a week but they just help. You have to do more then just take them to stay healthy eating right an exercise is what workd best this helps keep your glucose levels in check along with it i dont jave diabetes but i took them for a boost to help with weight loss but they worked well for me...

My husband is Type 2 diabetic and was on Metformin with the dose needing to be increased what seemed like every check up he went to. His blood sugar level still never was below 200. After researching natural ways to lower blood sugar, he decided to give berberine a try. He takes this along with Spring Valley Blood Sugar Support and no longer takes Metformin. His blood sugar level has been consistently 120 or less since the switch.

I liked it, but when I want to order it, it always has to be shipped. I need it sooner so I find something else.

I will assume the product is good, really no way to tell since i just got them. With that being said, i have taken a couple of capsules with no stomach issues or side effects but the capsules are REALLY big, so, if you have trouble swallowing pills or capsules, you might want to opt for something smaller..

These seem to work better than others that I have tried. They seem to be effective in controlling my blood sugar levels.

I decided to try this after my pharmacist recommended it (in another brand). I do not need it for weight loss but was looking at some other possible advantages. FIRSTLY, this has to be the largest capsule EVER. It is a giant horse pill, even though it is a gel cap. I do not know if I experienced bacteria die off, OR this magnified other things I was taking....But I spent over two days in the bath room, after taking three single doses of this over three days. I took with food, as recommended. My research indicates there are a few different versions of this, and I can probably find it in a lower dose in another brand. My experiences with NOW brand have been good in the past.

Have been taking NOW Berberine for the past 2 months in place of the Golo Release supplements because NOW is a lil cheaper %26 pure Berberine e. But I don't see or feel results, yet! Hopefully, soon! As a matter of fact, I don't feel the boost of energy that the Release pills gave me and that I desperately, need!

I did not pick the Now Supplements. Your tech lied about me picking them up. The supplements were at Collins Hill road Walmart. I did not want to order them from Collins hill. I want to pick them up from 1400 Lawrenceville Suwanee, please refund my money.

This made me feel very anxious and shaky not made for everybody don't know if I have a sugar problem or not I am overweight I thought it would curve it like chromium Piccoli does however that's not how it felt so I backed off for a while
