I had early morning stomach gurgles. I have acid reflux. I take. separate medication for that which prevents the heartburn, but not the gurgle after trying two of these capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the evening in about 30 days the problem started to fade away and now it's gone completely they sure worked for me.

I've always trusted the NOW brand for years. I'm glad Walmart has it available. I feel probiotics are necessary for our gut health and for better mood, helping the gut and brain 🧠 connection.

Pills are very good and do the job, but disappointing that expiration date is bad: will expire in two months. Could be better. Anyway, I would recommend this product

It is helping with years of digestive pain and discomfort. I take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water. I also take papaya chewable vitamins after meals.

This NOW Probiotic was a good price and worked fairly well. I usually purchase a probiotic with more strains and at the 50 billion strength. I take medication that can slow down my digestion and the Now probiotic did help it keep working properly.
