my doctor said to take 1000mg so i got these, as they are capsule form and not costly. i took two per day.

i been taking one pill a day, really hoping this helps my PCOS symptoms! Haven't finished the bottle yet, i tried to take two a day but my lady chest was absolutely so sore. so i went back to one.

I've only been on these for about a month and it takes a few weeks to a month for you to notice a difference but I do! It's made a difference in my cravings from PCOS and my insulin resistance. I was worried the pill would be too large based on what other product reviews said but it's smaller than my multivitamin and has virtually no taste.

I bought the NOW brand of inositol because it was less expensive than others. After much research, it does contain the myo-inositol I was looking for. Myo-inositol is recommended by some OB-GYNs to help with PCOS and infertility. It certainly helped with acne and mood. Will buy again.

This is a supplement that I depend on, and I am glad that I was finally able to stock up at a neighboring Walmart, but my Miles City location, as well as every other store in town, does not carry this anymore. I hope to find more in the future.

Excited to try just got delivered today and hopefully will help specifically for hormones. I've heard a lot about inositol being beneficial for hormone support among others things. I did just order a few days ago and am now seeing it dropped $6 in price. Kind of bothered by that but hopefully it works for what I need it to.

Haven't got it yet. Stuck in PA for almost a week with no possibility of canceling. Somebody dropped the shipping ball on this one. Should be able to cancel when this happens.
