Capsules are very large; May be hard for some individuals to swallow easily.

I accidentally bought the tablet form. I tried just one and almost choked- they are really big and hard to swallow/ got stuck in my throat, I asked to return, was sent a barcode, drove to Walmart (20min away) wanted in customer service line 25min only to be told I could not return the opened bottle even though I received a barcode to return the item. I had to buy an entire new bottle (capsules of course)
