Love the price and results. I have pcos and was recommended by my doctor to take inositol because I was having a hard time regulating my cycle which caused me a hard time trying to get pregnant. Needless to say after taking these wonderful pills faithful everyday my cycle became regular and I got pregnant with a BEAUTIFUL healthy baby after about 8 months of taking inositol.. My doctor kept me on them my entire pregnancy which might dude for some but needless to say I haven't stopped taking them and my body is back to it's regular functions.. THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE PCOS.. GETTING A DOCTOR TO DIAGNOSE IT IS THE TRICKY PART... I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE A DOC THAT CARED ENOUGH TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE IT. I only took it for about 5-7 days before seeing my doctor and it did what I needed! My cholesterol levels were good and the doctor was happy! I prefer vitamins over pharmaceuticals. It's not irritating at all works well for my daily schedule
