It has 10 strains and 30 billion colony forming units. This “Best Naturals” is an acid-resistant probiotic and it contains 30 Billion CFU's (live active cultures). That is a very high dose of CFU's. The higher the CFU's the better. My doctor suggested that you start taking a probiotic 3-4 days prior to traveling and 2 times a day when traveling. I would definitely recommend this brand of probiotic!

I'm really happy with this brand of probiotics, work well too.I love having probiotics on hand. I took these probiotics for approximately 2 weeks but I really haven't seen any real differences in my digestive health. They did not leave a bad taste and was easy to swallow. I'll continue taking them until I finish the bottle and perhaps I'll see a change. Not sure how long it takes to get into your system but I figured 2 weeks would be good.
