I personally am not using the product. I buy it for my disabled neighbor on oxygen who I am caretaking. Saline is all she can use. She also has deviated septum. It works really good for her. She cannot use anything like Afrin. She can use saline as often as needed. I highly recommend this product.

I buy numerous bottles at a time…I have them all over my house and on my desk at work, in the car, my purse etc. I try to keep my nasal passages moist all winter to cut down on the dryness. Also keeps the nasal passages clear. Definitely would recommend…am never without saline.

It's a good product and not have to take strong drugs for a runny nose, no drowsiness, or going into stomach if not serious condition. It's basically like salt water solution to spray in nasal passages to dry up a runny or a small amount of stuffiness in nose. Not sure Migraines, I don't get them, need to ask a doctor. Cost is good. No taste or smell. Works for me!

Equate Premium Saline Nasal Spray, non-medicated is a lifesaver for me from September- March. My nose gets super dry, sometimes I get little cuts on the inside of my nose, so this really helps keep things comfortable. The only downside is the bottle design; it could be easier to grip and less bulky to carry around. Still, it does exactly what I need!

Benefits of this I have found: helps with my allergies, congestion, throat irritation from the congestion, nasal moisture retention for the dry winter months, can be used as much as I want without having to worry about overuse. I keep a bottle handy because we have gas heat and it can be so drying in the winter. I really don't notice a taste or smell - just salty (saline). I have used the “name brand” and can honestly say it's just as good, but less expensive. I have one for each of our family members. No complaints!

i like naturally cleaning my nose out not rx stuff. this salt ph balanced water thatbis prper for nasal cavities. i do 3 squirts to get up into sinus area. it rinses out the days crap we breath. it helpkeep my sinus issues down. its gentle. it wont unstop you unless you keep using it at B leastbon bad days. but i use it daily.

Equate Saline nasal spray is a great choice for your congestion, whether it be from a cold, dry air or allergies. This spray moistens the inner lining of your nose making it easier to breathe. I find using it a few times a day (a few sprays each time) really helps with dry nasal passages.

Good value. Compares to all the saline mists. However last bottle had a hole in the side of bottle. worries me that it could had been tampered with, but most likely just a flaw in bottle. Ive have used this product fir years without any issues except for ladt bottle
