I only use this basically in the winter. It's saline solution so it works as good as any other brand for Less money. I will admit something you probably shouldn't do. I bought a gallon of purified water poured some into a bowl and I refilled the saline bottle with purified water. I'm just using it to wet my sinuses. Don't ever use tap water.

As one with allergies and frequent sinus infections, I am always looking for quick affordable relief. This is as good as the major brand but a lot less costly. I use it 2-4 times a day, as needed, and have not had to use neti pot and no major sinus issues. This is my 2nd time purchasing it and plan to continue.

My allergy doctor recommended this saline mist %26 it works really well. It's not a gush of saline, just a slight mist , helps with allergies and dry nasal passages. When you first open it does spray a little more, but after a few uses it sprays the right amount.

I use it before bed. I squeeze it hard to spray it UP into my nose. I keep both nostrils open as I spray. It does help to keep my sinuses moist making breathing easier which aids in sleep. Dry sinuses cause me headaches. Can be used in different ways but the spray method works best for me.

I switched from using oxymetazoline nasal spray to using this equate saline spray along with fluticasone propionate. Saline spray works really well when my sinuses feel like they are drying out and swelling up. Saline spray doesn't have that rebound congestion or any other side effects.

Equate Premium Saline Nasal Spray, non-medicated is a lifesaver for me from September- March. My nose gets super dry, sometimes I get little cuts on the inside of my nose, so this really helps keep things comfortable. The only downside is the bottle design; it could be easier to grip and less bulky to carry around. Still, it does exactly what I need!

I used it to irrigate my nose when I had a bad virus right after Easter 2026 for several weeks. It helped to get the nasal area cleaned during that time. A really good nurse told me to first use both my hands cupped with water in them, over a sink, blow nose Into the water, wash hands %26 dry outside of nasal area. Then use the nasal spray, dry nasal area again %26 apply a little Vaseline under nose.

It's a good product and not have to take strong drugs for a runny nose, no drowsiness, or going into stomach if not serious condition. It's basically like salt water solution to spray in nasal passages to dry up a runny or a small amount of stuffiness in nose. Not sure Migraines, I don't get them, need to ask a doctor. Cost is good. No taste or smell. Works for me!

They dropped my package off to a door I did not recognize I had to get other people in my apartment building to help me find it as I am in a wheelchair handicap somebody did actually find it but it was not delivered to me as instructed I think that's totally unacceptable
