Not as strong as the Vapor Rub brand yet it still has the menthol smell to help clear ya up. The texture is similar to Vaseline. Easy cap to twist off and on. Nice sturdy container it comes in. Rubs on smooth and is not runny.

My family uses this product for sore, scratchy throats, chest coughs, and colds. We apply a small amount on the outside and cover with warm clothing, and it works well with a humidifier overnight.

I used this product for my stopped up nose. It eased my symptoms and kept my nose moisturized during the sniffles. I depend on this product, and I trust it to help. The menthol smell is pleasant. I like this product.

well, didnt taste it lol but the Equate Vaporize Rub works great on chest and nostrils. for congestiond, mild headaches. This also helped clean up my sinuses from a nasty cold. 100% would recommend.

I was addicted to Vicks Vapor Rub but they've gotten so expensive so I try the great value which I did before and I remember why I didn't like it because it doesn't smell like Vicks it smells more tar! and gave me a slight headache so I will use very little it did do the job or opening up my sinuses however

They traded out the camphor for synthetic camphor like the major brand name. It still smells like camphor (ish) but doesn't do as much for my lungs. Disappointed

Whatever happened to the smell of eucalyptus,? this is not the same product from before,i hope people and they do remember what happened when you smelled the vapors, you nose almost immediately felt the effect and relief.

This is the generic for Vicks Vapor Rub which is what I ordered, however, this was substituted. I would not recommend this product as it is not as good as the original Vicks vapor rub.

My mom bought this product to help with my nose being clogged all the time product said to use on neck or chest so i used on my neck then my chest after about 1 minute it started buring really bad to the point where i had to wash it off since the product is so hard to clean off when i washed my hands it didint come off without knowing it got on my face after i got done "cleaning" my face which was really just spreading the rub around even though it should have been washed off it was just everywhere, shortly afterward tiny red bumps began to apear on my neck and chest,not only that it didint help my nose being clogged AT ALL would not recommend ANYONE to buy this absolutely horrid product spend the extra coins for the name brand, i ended up in pain and with my nose still clogged me and my mother want a refund!!!.

I bought this item for my son who was had severe chest congestion, possibly from the flu. There was scotch tape on the box and when he open the jar the seal was missing and it appeared that someone had used it. Needless to say, we didn't think it was safe to use the product… The picture would not upload. There was an indentation like a fingertip had scooped some of the salve.
