I have never used a neti pot before. I am constantly congested during winter, and I figured I may as well try this disgusting product. First impressions: You have a ton of little saline packets in here - more than I hope you'll ever have to use. You do need to use distilled water to mix in, but the squeezer (neti pot) has measuring lines on it so you know how much to add. The tip of the pot (the nasal part) is actually tucked on the under side of the cap, so I was a bit confused about how to assemble it for a moment - but nothing I couldn't figure out by looking at the picture on the box. I got it put together and went to the sink to use this. The angle of this little squeezer makes it really easy to get the water into your nose without getting it all over yourself. But it's just a nauseating experience no matter how you sell it. The water goes through your mouth and your other nostril, clearing everything out and leaving you with a mucus-laced saltwater taste. But that's what you want - is everything to be cleared out. I can't imagine you'd ever use all 240 ml of water that you put in there, but it's there if you need it. If you need a neti pot, this is a good option. Easy to clean, easy to use.

I use a neti pot occasionally when I've got a cold or allergies or something that's causing congesting to help prevent sinus infections. I used to get sinus infections a lot but I figured out a few years ago that using a neti pot really helps and I've been using them as a preventative whenever I feel like I need to and I've been able to basically eliminate my sinus infections, which is great. I was skeptical when I got this Equate Comfort Flow Neti Pot Sinus Wash System because it didn't seem like it was going to be much different from a traditional neti pot. I was expecting maybe something battery powered that really pushed the water through your sinuses without the use of gravity. However, I was pleasantly surprised. You just hold it upside down and press the button and the design really pushes the water through your sinuses without the awkward head tilting or batteries! This is a MAJOR step up from a traditional neti pot. If you've ever used a regular neti pot, even if its just occasionally, I strongly recommend upgrading to this. I will never go back to a traditional neti pot again. The part that goes on the end was tucked under the cap so I didn't see it right away, but other than that it comes pretty much ready to use. The amount of saline packets it comes with is very generous. I've always had to use a little less than a packet because my sinuses are sensitive. Not having to do the awkward head tilting is just seriously so much better. This is just one of those products that needed to happen and I'm so glad it did. I wish I had found it years ago.

I really like this style of netti-pot. It is much easier to use in my opinion as opposed to the "teapot" style. It has a button at the bottom that you can push for more flow. It also has 3 pieces that make up the pot and they are all easy to clean. Keep in mind that with this device you should be using distilled or water that was boiled for 3-5 min then cooled to like warm before using. It comes with 50 packets of saline mixture which is more that enough to get you started! Hello clean sinuses!

I have allergies....like all year long and I do this daily. It is really easy and comfortable to do. I thought for sure I would feel like I'm drowning and after a few times, I had it down. If I can do it, I feel like surely anyone can. My nasal passages did not dry out and felt moisturized throughout the night. I really recommend this product to anyone especially allergy sufferers.

The Equate Comfort Flow neti pot has brought me serious relief. I was worried I was not going to be able to use it, I do not like water in my nose, but this is honestly very, very easy to use. I live in a really dry climate and my nose was always sore and dry until now. This works wonders, there is no pain, no hassle, just lovely, moisturizing relief. Its also really great that you get 50 saline packets, that will last me quite a while. I definitely recommend this neti pot!

I have a couple different Neti Pots that I have used, and this Equate version is by far my new favorite. The design makes it super easy to hold, insert and use. There is not as much awkward head tilting involved because of the way the bottle uses air flow to force fluid through. Great product. If you are wanting to try out Neti Pots to clear your sinuses, this is a great starter package.

This is so much better than my old Neti Pot. The design is so convenient and effective. I don't have to lean my head to the side and pour the water in my nose. ANd no more water dribbling into my ear. The tank is up and the nose fitting is comfortable. The push button forces the water through at a pleasant rate and it just flows. I love this Neti.

Great solution for winter 'dry nose' problems. This bottle is easier to hold and use than the traditional neti pot but does the same job. The instructions do say to use only filtered or distilled water, or boiled water (let it cool first so you don't burn yourself). It comes with 50 packets of saline (use 1-2 packets for each treatment). I use it while in the shower so it doesn't make as much of a mess. Using this has helped me a lot, I no longer wake up with a dry or stuffy nose, and I get fewer nosebleeds. Plus I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using it. Definitely worth having.

This is a great starters pack for a sinus rinse. It comes with a sinus rinse bottle and 50 packs of saline rinse. The bottle comes with two pieces connect to it. I have never used a sinus wash system, but this system was very easy to use. It has a button on the bottom of the bottle that you push so you can control how fast or slow the water comes out. You can also squeeze the bottle to get water to come out. The nose piece fits comfortably in my nose. This is a great item to have during the cold season, or if you have allergies. It does a good job clearing out my sinuses. You must use purified water with this. I just boil water for it since I never buy distilled water. The saline packets dissolve fast when mixed in the water. It is easy to take all the pieces apart and clean. There are instructions with pictures on the back of the box. The instructions aren't very clear, and the pictures were completely useless since they only showed the bottle. I ended up looking up a video on the internet to make sure I was using it correctly.
