My go to when I get strep throat and other sore throat bugs, this time I tested positive for flu and it felt like I was swalling razors, these lozenges have a nice numbing effect that acts pretty fast, just have to remember not to drink anything for awhile after using or it washes away some of the effects., but they do alst a good hour for me

I had a sore throat and also was coughing. I tried a different sore throat drop but it did not help. These drops are the best at working quickly. As soon as I put it in my mouth I started getting relief. I also have ulcers and a hiatal hernia and these drops did not affect my condition. I also was not eating properly and the drops did not create any acid reflux with me. I would definitely recommend this product. The berry flavor is so comforting.

These work really well when your throat is hurting. They have a strong numbing effect that actually helps take the edge off the pain instead of just masking it. However, I have some concerns regarding Walmart's delivery driver protocol for Cepacol. The requirements for the delivery driver include: * Assessing whether the customer is sober or under the influence. * Verifying that the customer's ID matches the individual receiving the Cepacol. * Taking a photograph of the customer's ID. * Collecting a signature. * There may be additional requirements that the driver needs to fulfill before completing the delivery. My concerns are as follows: 1. Cepacol is not classified as a controlled substance like Sudafed, which is kept behind the pharmacy counter, nor is it similar to alcoholic beverages. 2. I am curious about the need for delivery drivers to verify customers in this manner, as it seems the skills required to evaluate a person's state could vary greatly among drivers, given their diverse backgrounds and experiences. 3. I also consider a hypothetical scenario where I might be purchasing Cepacol for a family member. If a delivery driver suspects or perceives the smell of alcohol on me, I wonder how that situation would be managed. Additionally, in my research on Benzocaine and its association with illegal drugs, I noted that Benzocaine and Lidocaine are used as cutting agents for cocaine. Interestingly, Benzocaine is quite affordable—approximately $100 for 1 kg (34 oz) at 99.9% purity—indicating that cocaine distributors can utilize Benzocaine without the need to extract the 7% that's contained in Cepacol.

The benzocaine in the Cepacol throat lozenges gives true relief to sore throats due to sickness or after surgeries! I will not use any other brand now!

I was recovering from strep throat and these drops helped in the recovery. The taste was not overwhelming which was a huge bonus for me. The cooling effect on my throat was quite helpful and eased most coughs.

I have a continuous cough that goes along with my shortness of breath and asthma that causes a mucus drip. The cepacol is the best product I have found for day or night use.

For whatever reason these lozenges not only soothe your throat-they stop a nagging cough-which is the main reason I keep buying them. They are wonderful when you suddenly have a coughing fit-they stop the problem almost instantly!

My doctor recommended me to use these cough drops and I'm so glad I did. I got so tires of eatting cough drops like they were candy and nothing would help. These are a total miracle they don't only control your cough but help sooth and num your throat and they work so well I keep them in my purse. If anyone starts to cough I give them one and are like wow thank you I haven't ever had something work so quick and they taste very good. I would definitely recommend this to everyone you won't find a better cough drop that actually works!!!

So the aftertaste in this product is horrible, and it didn't do much for my coughing/phlegm, my generic mucinex pills even worked better than this junk. My mom and brother have used this but I personally hate the taste of it and found it to be ineffective for me and won't purchase this for myself
