I was feeling sick due to the change in the weather. I didn't know what to get. I am thankful for reading the comments on Equate Cold %26 Flu. Just after taking 2 doses I am feeling so much better. I definitely recommend using it if you have congestion in your throat %26 sinuses, it really works.

These are noise as good as the Tylenol version they really help with overall head pain. I get these every year around this time cause that's when my head hurts the most

When I get sick with the flu or a cold, not sure sometimes. But they do the trick in relieving the nasal congestion, scratchy throat, slight headache or for mild migraine and overall achy feeling.

I love these pills. I start getting a tickle in my throat, I take two of these. I only need them for a few days and symptoms are gone. But if it does turn to a cold, it's not severe and doesn't last as long. Be careful if you have high blood pressure though.

I’ve been using this specific cold and flu medicine for my entire adult life. It works exactly as it’s supposed to, for a fraction of the name brand cost. I can’t recommend these cold pills highly enough! They are a total lifesaver when you’re miserable with a cold/flu virus.

These pills are the only thing that help whenever my family has a head congesrion issue or a cold! They provide quick, head-clearing help in feeling as close to "normal" as possible, when you're sick! They are my go-to and a lifesaver for those days when we can't just stop and sleep all day!

When my son who is 16 gets sick he becomes almost intolerable. Grumpy, short tempered, extreme whining. Don't get me wrong I love my son but Its hard to deal with and this is the only medication I have found that works for him.. He calls it miracle medicine.. This combination medicine got me through weeks of getting the same virus 3 different times! I had horrible sinus drainage, watery eyes, stuffy AND runny nose, sneezing, coughing, aches. My entire family was please with the effectiveness of this to ease our symptoms!

After dealing with flu symptoms for three weeks, I tried this and started feeling better a few days later. The pills almost like candy when you put them in your mouth (which was odd), but thankfully they weren't too big. They also caused my chest to burn, but I think that may be because I had pretty bad chest congestion. Overall, I'm grateful it helped me feel better.

Don't waste your hard earned money - it does not help with even one symptom! I've tried it without any relief at all! Did not help with anything that it claims to do! If you're thinking of buying this, try Tylenol first!!! The caplets that are hard to get out of the blister pack, do NOT work for colds / flu! Very disappointed that I wasted my money and time on this product! I'm usually always positive about my reviews, but this deserves a bad review!!! Read the ingredient list!!!! Don't waste your $$$!
