This is tried and true. I have used Alka Seltzer cold for years. Every time I try some new cold and flu relief, I always end up buying Alka Seltzer again. Ye!=son the market but for me, the best results

this worked very well for my cold it lasted about 13 days so I needed to refill medication. the only problem is I need more daytime medicine unless night time cuz I only take the night time one time before I go to bed but I take the daytime medicine three times so if you guys were logical you would put more day medicine and less night meds

A friend introduced me to this cold medicine years ago. It is the only one I use now. I know recent reports came out about combo cold medicine but what i like about this one is that decongestant that is in it. If you have the nose drips then this will help to dry you out. You can tell it's time for the next dose when your nose starts running again. I used to use Dayquil but it never dried me out. It's great especially if you don't' want to use the stuff they keep behind the counter. That stuff makes me too jumpy so this dries me out without jumping at every loud noise!

Me and my husband both had the flu and nothing worked. We tried DayQuil and NyQuil, Robitussin, and then spent money on mucinex. Nothing I worked till my dad told me to try this stuff. It was either this or break down and go to the hospital on a Saturday night. I really didn't want to go to the hospital. Let me tell within 30 minutes I could already start telling a difference. These magic little orange pills and a game changer. I even tried a different mucinex pill last night and my cough never really went away. Woke my husband up at 3am and was asking for my magic orange pills. I will never get anything else

I gave it 1 star bc although being effective at what it is meant to do, I almost choked on the first pill, I had to use an entire bottle of water to get it out of my throat. It was terrifying, and I do not recommend this product, unless you have absolutely no issues dealing large round objects, bc this is a gel so and got stuck in my throat. And I normally have no issues swallowing medicine.

Usually soft gel caplets are small %26 easy to swallow. I thought these were going to be small. I had to throw it out because it was too big. I highly recommend if you have trouble swallowing large pills that you get maybe a liquid.
