Equate Neti Pot Nasal Wash System with 50 Saline Packets for Sinus Congestion Relief, Blue

I have never used a neti pot before but have been having long-term issues with sinuses, I sound stuffed up when I'm not, etc. Have used for about 2 weeks so far and things are much better, and my sense of smell is coming back!

These are a life saver. Major sinus help. Make sure to read the directions. A lot of people miss the part about using distilled water. Never use tap water!

Someone recommended I try one of these for my daughter who has been suffering with allergies and gets stopped up to where she can barely breath. This worked great once she got used to how to use it!

I bought this because it was less expensive than the name brand that I also own (but my son took with him to college). I was in need of one because of allergies and I wanted to rinse my sinuses so I took a gamble and purchased this one. It is the same size, less expensive than the name brand, and worked just as well. The only things I didn't like are that the marking is on the outside right on the edge and it's kind of difficult to see when you're pouring your water in. The other thing is the lid has two small air vents I like to shake up my water with my saline to make sure it is evenly distributed and you have to somehow try to hold it together and cover up the spout and the two holes so that water doesn't Splash out while you're gently combining it. A plus is it does seem to seal better than the name brand one. It did a good job of gently washing my nasal sinus passages and I am very glad I chose to save some money and buy this one! It is just as durable and easy to use.

it works well, I just don't like water in my face or especially up my nose. but Dr recommended I do Saline nasal flushes. it is handy, it comes complete with saline packets. plastic so not easily damaged.

I love neti pots - I think they are wonderful. I do not care for this one. The bulge at the end of the tube makes it difficult for me to place it correctly in my nostril and the flow is way too fast. I tried every angle possible, tipped it only slightly, etc. but the flow was still too fast. I had replaced my old one because it cracked after being accidently dropped and I guess I should have just bought the same model. It might work for some people, but not for me.

I was disappointed in nettie pot is opaque. I need to see the amt of salt solution remains so I can tell when I have half of the solution to be able to change the side of the nostrils. This, of course, may not effect you, everything else is a fine nettie pot, I had a stroke a few years ago and I have problem with feeling things on my right side, therefore, I need the pot to be able to monitor how much has went through, and how much remains. But I was very disappointed when the ease of use for someone like me. I have an awful time using it.

This product is not worth the money. It is messy and hard to use. It dribbles water all over the place, including you. The product gives little to no relief from the symptoms, and what relief is offered is short-lived. The eefills are expensive for what you get. I do NOT recommend this product.
