My chronic congestion seems to get worse in the winter from the dry air. Daily rinsing with this sinus wash in my neti pot helps wash away mucus and opens things up, at least temporarily. The quality of this product seems to be just as good as the name brand. I did not experience any burning. I'd buy this again.

Have not had any sinus infections since doctor recommended saline nasal rinses. Easy to mix with pure water for irrigation. Simple %26 easy to use. If you want to know how serious I am about sinus rinses - just look at the sinus rinse machine (SinuPulse) bolted to my bathroom wall. These packets dissolve easily and make sinus rinses simple. This is another product by Equate (like their soft contact lens solution) that I see as the best on the market.

Your not really supposed to taste it, so that part shouldn't even be here. A little pricey at just over .11 per pkt. That being said, in the last two years of my using this. I have only had to use prescription nasal allergy spray twice, so that works for me.

Works great! don't be afraid to use 80% of a packet is it feels too "burny". everybody is different and the rinse should be equal to the salt ratio in your body to reduce any burning. If it feels a little prickly during the rinse, just reduce how much of the packet you're pouring into your 240mL cup of distilled water. 💜

I you shop yourself, check the box to see whether it comes from China or India. I've found the China ones are easier to open by tearing. the ones from India sometimes need scissors to cut. Otherwise, I love this product.

Much better price than the name brand. However, I find that they are balanced differently than the name brand and they irritate my sinuses a bit. Still usable but I am lucky enough to be able to afford the name brand so I will likely go back to them. Still worth checking out if you use the name brand as you might find that the balance works fine for you.
