This is good for getting out the dirt and impurities in a wound. It’s good for scrapes, cuts, and easy for wiping off or cleaning wounds. It doesn’t sting, but you can tell that it is cleaning. Adherence isn’t a problem with this type product. You just spray directly on the area, and it does the job.

This works very well. The can sprays in a soft way, compared to some I've tried. That makes a difference when you're trying to clean someone's wounds on sensitive places. You don't want it spraying out like a fire hose. That said, I don't think it's cost effective. It just went up in price again to over 6$ a can. Pretty expensive salt water, really. I'm going to find another alternative for that reason, but the wound spray itself is very good.

I read the reviews for this product and had no choice but to buy it because neither option was out of stock. I was worried about how fast it sprays out of the bottle because I was told it'll be gone into applications because it comes out so fast. but I've been able to stretch it out for a week now I just barely pushing on the nozzle on the top so it doesn't spray out so fast. seems good so far

I thought this was a mist, I tested it twice, and then when I went to use it one my wound it sprayed like a firehose. The pray had a horribly powerful pressure and hurt.

This product does not last more than 1.5 uses. It emits a large stream of water rather than mist so it feels like a one-time use product. Not ideal for piercing aftercare, but maybe good for flushing out larger wounds in the field.

The price was great but this is the second bottle we bought and each time it's super hard to spray and the nozzle falls off after the second use. Not to mention when you do get it to spray it makes a huge mess. Horrible bottle. I do not recommend this product at all.

Arrived broken with partially peeled off seal plus missing snap-on cap. Clearly a previously used, returned item. Very disappointing experience. Who picks these items to ship for new orders? Does anyone check products before shipping to ensure they’re in sealed, new, unused condition? I’m a Walmart customer and disabled senior who relies heavily on online orders for delivery service. While I enjoy Walmart , I’m finding myself rather disappointed and displeased with the recipe of used returns because I pay for new, unused products. I needed this so I returned it and purchased another which arrived brand new in sealed condition. I also noted the snap-on cap was sealed onto the product as well.
