A non stick gauze with a " stay in place adhesive ". As a nurse, these bandages allow me to cover a larger or smaller area without having to worry if my primary dressing will stay in place or keep falling. Best of all they DO NOT hurt when they are removed !

If you're in step 2 of healing after a laparoscopic procedure and still have a scab (step 1 being the steri-strips the doctor places after the procedure, which come off or are removed around day 14), and you must avoid using ScarAway patches at this stage (since yous till have a scab) or traditional bandages with tape irritate your skin— This is an excellent go-between.

The name brand of this size and type costs almost 3 times as much. These are padded and soft and easy to apply or remove. Perforated non-stick inner layer. After skin surgery on my back this was the only kind of bandage I could apply and remove myself with tongs. Also good as an inner bandage when you need to wrap it. I have the larger size too.

I've been using these for several weeks after surgery on my feet, and they've worked great. They absorb well and have never stuck, no matter how much drainage. I like that they're breathable too, so the skin can get a bit of air. I only use the side that isn't sticky and just use medical tape to secure it, but having the sticky sides to help attach and then maybe adding some tape if you need it is a great option to, though I think they'd stick well on their own. Overall they're great quality for the price.

I use these daily since surgery. Daily I use one of these and then use a self-adhering bandage--all per the specialist's orders. These pads do not stick to the surgery site at all, but they have adhesive at each end to help and per the specialist, I then use the self-adhering stretch bandage to wrap around

I had my ingrown toe nail removed. I bought these bandages from Walmart due to its value price. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's good quality as well.

Equate Brand isn't the best when it comes to this particular product. It starts off good. But the sticky stuff begins to wear off sooner rather than later.

I use these all the time; I have thin skin and bleed easily. Once in awhile they will stick so that's why it only gets 4 stars. Otherwise they are great bandages and I reccomend them.

i rarely write negative reviews but this product warrants one. these fall apart easily. box states no tape needed but you would have to use extra medical tape in order to keep it intact. a waste of money in my opinion.i purchased Walmart's large bandages and they are excellent.
